Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Built in the 1950s, this house is full of the charm of the era. Hardwood floors and a cute, country kitchen give it an old-time feel, but it has had many updates to make it perfect for the modern guest. Located on a quiet country road, yet far from off the beaten path, it is just a quick drive away from Hutchinson, South Hutchinson, Yoder, & even Wichita! Offering home-comforts such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-fi and smart TV. It is perfect for couples or families. Features a queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size rollaway if needed. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Big Blue Farmhouse

Spacious house near Hutchinson (10 miles) with 4 bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled full baths, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Quiet location off the main road but easy access to town. A great spot for family gatherings, girls weekend, or a base for exploring Kansas. Patio, 2-car garage, sunny breezeway, and a big round table for shared meals or games. We have an airbed available if needed.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Add this place to your list of must-sees in the our community.... it's one of a kind. Note: Steps are required to access the bedroom on the second floor.
