It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 70 σκαλοπατια αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στο μοναδικό νησί της Κύθνου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 70 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα στον κόλπο της Απόκρουσης. Μοναδική θέα η θάλασσα.... It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
