Charming, Barn Apartment on Farm, with Animals

Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

Close to downtown Melbourne and the beaches and approximately an hour to Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral, this cottage faces the Indian River Lagoon where dolphins cruise, schools of fish swim, and birds hang out. Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

Enjoy a taste of farm life, pet & feed goats/sheep, & chickens. All less than 15 mins from beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, sky diving, & shopping.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Apartment style unit! Fully private! EV charger

This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. Everything is brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Studio under the oaks 1-mile to river

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment under the oaks. Minutes from river front eateries, night life with live music, skydiving, golfing, canoe and kayak rental, boat and jet ski rental, chartered fishing, hiking, Mel Fishers treasure museum, 15 minutes to Wabasso beach. Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.
