My place is close to art and culture, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers. This apartment is a part of our family house which is located in Hvar town on the street right under the fortress, 5 minutes walking down to the old town center, and a little more walking back home (there are about 150 stairs!).

Brand New Loft Apartment which consists of big kitchen with dining zone,two bedroom,two bathroom,laundry room and balcony where you can enjoy in beautiful view of the sea and Pakleni Islands.We have available free parking space in a front of the house.The house is situated in a quiet zone ,but very close to all amenities.Center is just 10 minutes from the house and 5 minutes to the first beach,supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.
