We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

The property was an absolute gem of a find. It suited two couples and a dog perfectly. there is a snug lounge and a sunny garden room which provided plenty of space. The kitchen area is small but lacked for absolutely nothing. the dining room is an absolute star and provides a lovely space in which to socialise. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. The house is simply full of art and other eclectic touches that make it feel like a cherished home. The garden is another standout asset with plenty of space to relax. It's an easy 15 minute walk in to town and Beccles has a nice mix of shops and facilities. T&T, who let the property, are fantastic communicators and made us feel genuinely welcome - a big thank you for this. If staying in the area again, this property will suit us very nicely and offers excellent value.

Our stay here was great. Me and 4 of my friends stayed for a girls weekend and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms are modern and clean, with suitable utensils, condiments and general household items stocked in the cupboards. It was nice and spacious too. The accommodation had lots of information on local things to do and restaurants. The hot tub was a really nice addition to our stay. Would definitely stay here again ☺️

We had a lovely few nights in Amity cottage ,it was clean and comfortable with great access to a couple of shops and the beautiful beach and dunes . It was so peaceful too . A lovely spot for a relaxing and peaceful break ,just wish we’d had time to try the local fish and chip shop . We would be very happy to visit again .

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

We had a great stay in Robert and Deborah's listing. The house was as described and just a short walk to the Pier, where our two children (7 and 10) enjoyed the arcade. A lovely, short walk into the town via either the seafront or the church, which has a convenient little park next to it, results in some amazing cafes and shops. The recommendations in the guest handbook were super useful! The beds and all bedding was comfy, clean and of high quality- as were the towels. Our dog enjoyed the space in the secure garden and there was ample room in the kitchen for us to bring her crate in so she had her own space, home from home. Overall, a delightful house in a great location!

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at California Sands this April. From the moment the chalet was booked to handing back the key, communication from the hosts was fantastic, very quick, friendly and helpful responses in a matter of minutes. Instructions on how to find the chalet & to the keysafe were clear. On arrival, we found the chalet to be clean, extremely well equipped and a perfect home from home. A fabulous guest handbook in the chalet provided lots of detail about the chalet, the holiday park and the local area, a really helpful & thoughtful addition. The site itself had lots to do, offered various places to eat & the staff were all very friendly. We have told everyone about our wonderful experience and hope to revisit in the not too distant future.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

We had a wonderful long bank holiday weekend at Mole End, and it truly felt like a home from home. The space is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Despite the weather not being perfect, we still made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The area is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us, and our furry friend had a great time. Mole End is nestled in a secluded corner, making it feel like a private haven. The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. A special thanks to the team for allowing us to check out later – it was a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Mole End is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with the comfort of home, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

Enjoyable few days. Spotlessly clean, stylish & spacious house. We appreciated the games available and enjoyed a 3 day Monopoly game.

We had a wonderful short break here, the place was spotless, and in a beautiful location. Check in was really easy and communication with Linda was fab. Highly recommend the nearby bakery, we had a wonderful breakfast bap there and the cakes were tasty! The onsite entertainment was also a nice bonus and from the accommodation it was just a short walk to the beach .We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Such a Great Family Stay! Had a wonderful time staying here for our family break. The house was super clean, spacious, and had the majority of what we needed to feel right at home - only thing missing was some actual glass drinking glasses, which, if we would have known, would have bought our own. The swim spa was a real hit with the kids (and adults) —perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring, in the bubbles surrounded by the great British countryside. The location was perfect too—nice and peaceful, but still close to the beach and some lovely spots to visit nearby. Both pubs in the village were very accommodating and friendly. The host was really helpful and made everything easy from the moment we booked. We bumped into the host when we left and was telling that the house used to be the local Police House which was interesting - nice guy. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return one day !

This was our second time staying at Corin’s cottage and it won’t be our last! It’s such a lovely well equipped property and the location is perfect for visiting Southwold.

Great bungalow and very friendly host. This bungalow was just the perfect place for me - enabling me to easily visit my elderly mum in Old Catton and then later come back to a quiet, peaceful and homely place where I was able to readily relax after my busy days. Thank you Andrew 😊

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

Ideal place to stay to sightsee around the local towns, walks on the many beaches that are within easy driving distance, walks in the country and lovely pubs to have a rest at. Liz was very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about the local area and places to go. The little garden was a great place to sit and relax after a day out. It was a perfect stay for myself and my dog and would highly recommend it.

We loved staying in 'Fortune Paddocks' Barn in Alpington. It was everything we'd hoped for, which was a warm and cozy barn, in a picture perfect countryside location. The barn had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, with a welcoming homely atmosphere. The host Hayley was lovely to communicate with. For a family of 10 looking for a place to stay over for a couple of nights, this place stood out. The host was responsive, proactive and extremely helpful making the entire process even more pleasurable. The house and facilities were exactly as pictured and described. Overall and absolutely amazing place in the centre of Great Yarmouth!

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this property. Clean, cosy and well equipped. House was in a fantastic location as beach was only a short walk away. A very friendly village with a great pub and tasty fish and chips less than 5 minutes walk away. Hope to return again soon.
