we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

We had a lovely time staying at Peter’s place. It was very clean, well set up and as described from the listing. It was nice and quiet. Surrounded by lovely fields which you could look out to whilst eating. It’s about 10 mins drive to Dunwich and 20-30 mins drive to Southwold so plenty to do nearby. Peter was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would highly recommend to stay here if coming to this area.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

Lovely house, clean and well organized. Neighbours are friendly and Rachel the host has a welcome drinks prepared which is quiet thoughtful. Overall..satisfied customer

We had a great time at T&T’s which we used as a base to catch up with family who live locally. Host was super responsive to the queries we had in advance of our stay. We used some of the local recommendations (restaurants and beaches) which were great. In a nutshell, a lovely home - stylish, cosy and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

We had a beautiful weekend at the cottage & only wish we could have stayed for longer! Better even in real life, the cottage has been perfectly renovated and is in a gorgeous location. We were blessed with brilliant weather both days so enjoyed a lovely 5km loop through the park and fields and had breakfast on the sunny terrace! 100% recommend a stay. Took trips out to both Southwold and Aldeburgh, which was within easy driving distance. And highly recommend Black Dog Deli in Yoxford for coffee & pastries! 🥐

The property was exactly as described. Tony made the effort to get in touch to ensure we knew exactly what we needed to do. The place is really comfortable and easy to stay in. I would definitely look to book it again. The pub next door has a really nice atmosphere and was not too noisy. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to eat there as we were only staying for one night and by the time we had seen family it was too late. The kitchen closes at 8pm. It was still nice to sit outside and have a drink. Overall very happy.

Absolutely perfect location to celebrate a 70th Birthday weekend with family. Property had everything required and the hosts really had thought of everything. Would definitely visit again.

Clean, comfortable & well presented with everything that is required for good Airbnb. Lovely outdoor space, very peaceful. Easy access to Southwold - can recommend Mrs T's for fish & chips at the harbour ( rapeseed oil !)

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

Jemma’s apartment is incredible! I spent my anniversary with my partner here and it was perfect, a gorgeous place, and Jemma’s communication and instructions were extremely accessible to me as an autistic person too. A wonderful experience! Thank you Jemma! <3

The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with style. The location is great with amenities on the doorstep. It was perfect for us and our 2 young children.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!

Wir hatten zwei Nächte in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet in jeder Ecke charmante Kleinigkeiten, die einem ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht zaubern. Da es sehr sonnig war, konnten wir auch den kleinen Garten genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
