Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. The bathroom is accessible via a stairways upstairs. We look forward to hosting you!

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Michelle Marie’s cosy abode is located in the centre of the quaint hamlet of Oyne, Aberdeenshire in the North East of Scotland. Right in the centre of Aberdeenshire so ideal for adventurers! This charming wee granite cottage is snuggled into the idyllic countryside in the shadow of the local landmark, Bennachie, a large hill range which dominates the landscape.

2 1/2 is situated in the quiet village of Aboyne, the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park. This self-contained house is bright and welcoming, has an open plan living area, log burning fire, garden space and free Wifi. Hill walk, wild-swim or mountain bike straight from the door. We offer a bike wash station and secure lock up for your bikes. Play golf or visit our local distilleries. Discover Royal Deeside's rich history. What ever you plan for your break, come back and relax at 2 1/2.

The Shepherdess's Bothy (dog friendly - 1 dog max)

The Shepherdess's bothy is our dog friendly bothy that really brings the outdoors in with panoramic views across the beautiful Aberdeenshire coast. This cosy, self catering, bespoke bothy is the perfect place to explore the area. Within walking distance of the bothy you will find the Newburgh seal colony, beautiful beaches, nature reserves and a golf course. Off-grid shepherds hut with wood fired hot tub

Below a pond and tucked behind a hedgerow on the edge of a permaculture smallholding, our charming shepherds hut is the perfect hideaway for those looking for an eco farm stay or self-made retreat. 'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

Old Stable cottage is a 1 bedroom converted Barn/Stable, with fully serviceable kitchen, Fabulous large walk-in shower, beautifully converted living room, wifi, large wall mounted TV and fully central heated, warm & Cosy, sleeps 2 in the upper bedroom, has a small enclosed garden and parking space at the side, and we do welcome small well-behaved dogs. We are situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire, close to miles of walking, cycling and located perfectly to base your adventure from.

A converted steading - self built and part of a working farm, set amidst beautiful scenery and only a 10 minute drive from Inverurie, with onward road and rail links to Inverness, Aberdeen and beyond. Set in the shadows of the iconic Bennachie, The Bothy at Durno is an ideal place for business or leisure, where you will find a warm welcoming place to stay and explore bonnie Scotland.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Ranch House Cottage, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire

Ranch House Cottage is a traditional stone cottage set in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, perfect for autumn and winter escapes. Our cottage sleeps 4 guests, with two bedrooms, an inviting self catering kitchen, and cosy living room with log burner for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Dogs welcome.
