Great place, great places to eat, local things to do. Only downside was parking. Still would stay here again anytime I was in Portland!

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean, nice art and furniture, and in a great location. Having a parking spot was super (I'm not sure what we would have done otherwise). Additionally, it's awesome that pets are allowed. We never go anywhere without our little dog!

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! The Airbnb was clean with spacious accommodations. The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean. Adilah was great to work with! I would highly recommend this stay!

This was our third stay at Pam’s place. Her place is clean, private and quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Pam is always responsive and available for questions.

My sister and I had a great stay at David and Kate’s place . Everything we needed was right at our fingertips and the bed was SO comfortable we wanted to take it with us ! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rudolph’s place! Rudolph was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time in Portland. He let us use his grill and even loaned us some chairs for a backyard BBQ. Free parking was a nice bonus. The apartment is walking distance from Eastern Promenade which was great. My family loved going for walks by the ocean every day of our stay. We plan on staying here next time we’re in Portland.

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

The unit we stayed in was called “Rising Tide” with 1 queen bed & 2 full baths. A bedroom and a separate great room. Clean, well organized and spacious. We would rent again. Our host was super communicative, although we really didn’t need anything. Only a couple items to note. The bed was firm for us - could have used a foam pad. Cars parked in the alley right outside the bedroom window - we were disturbed by car doors closing and engine starting. And the Second Rodeo cafe employees share the same hallway- so you can hear the door and them talking when they arrive in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your sleep buds.

Exceptional apartment! I was traveling with my extended family and we all felt so comfortable in Ani’s beautiful home. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggest - sprawling, even. Check-in and check-out were simple. The beds and couches were so comfortable. Bright, sunny, happy space - steps away from the Eastern Promenande and great bakeries, and a short walk to the Old Port. Wonderful spot & we’ll definitely be back!!

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

Lorraine and David were super friendly, beds were comfortable, had lots of local recs -- was a nice place to stay for a wedding nearby.

Ren's place was perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It's cool, clean and within short walking distance to everything in downtown Brunswick. Added bonuses included a private hot tub and a washer / dryer in the unit. On top of that Ren was very responsive and accommodating. I had unexpected changes to my itinerary and she was able to help me book extra nights on very short notice. Thanks Ren!

I didn’t realize airbnbs could be like this, it really deserves a ten star rating, I was more like staying in a high end hotel. Everything was accounted for and provided, including chocolates, choice of vegan creamer, fresh coffee, a French press, sparkling clean hot tub, disco light in shower, beautiful Victorian building, razor sharp knives, parking! I could go on but if you want to splash out on a nice Victorian studio/ luxury cave in the heart of Portland’s gorgeous west end this is the one! Hosts let you know they were available for anything you might need but offered complete privacy! A true gem!

Had a wonderful time retreating at the Heron’s Nest. Robin was extremely pleasant and her space provided the perfect environment for privacy and a very “off the grid” (with heat/hot water and wifi) feel <3. i will be returning and recommending this space forever!

This was a wonderful place within walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops. The cedar hot tub is an added bonus and added to our relaxing weekend away. We would absolutely stay here again!
