We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

This recently renovated cottage is located on 60' of lake frontage on Otisco Lake. Enjoy everything lakefront living has to offer in a cute little package! The cottage is on a rare flat lot! There is easy access to the water from the sloping beach to take out the kayaks provided. Take in the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the backyard by the fire! The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas.
