Stayed for a month, great place, would rent again. + 30 seconds from subway + 30 seconds from 24-hour supermarket + 1 minute from 24-hour restaurant + Very quiet + Very spacious for 2 people, can fit 3 easily + Has all necessary cooking and cleaning equipment + Bathroom is very spacious and has a bathtub - Bathroom is not insulated and gets really cold - Fridge is noisy (but plug is easily accessed) - No windows, leading to poor ventilation (I propped open the main door and the balcony for some airflow every couple days) - No communication from host other than check-in procedure Tips: • Closest (Hanazonocho) station exit is 2, but elevator is available at exits 3 and 4 • When taking the airport express train from Kansai Airport, stop at Tengachaya station and change to a local train (on the same platform), take 1 stop to Haginochaya and walk about 5 minutes

Lovely property with lots of space. Great location from which to explore Osaka and surrounding area. Even though the property has a parking space, we didn't need a car to get around. Family Mart and a very cheap (and surprisingly good!) sushi restaurant less than 5 mins walk away. Then less than 20 mins walk to Imamiya station, which is then only a few stops to Namba, Tennoji, Osaka etc. Definitely recommend.

1000 merci à Natsuko pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Le logement était dans un quartier très calme avec tous ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité. Le logement disposait de tous le nécessaire, on s’y sentait comme à la maison. Natsuko fut très réactive pour nous aider et nous donner des recommandations. Si nous aurons pu mettre plus d’étoiles nous l’aurons fait ✅ Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons..🫰🏼

Very near the Imamiya station, so it is really easy to get around the city. We have elderly so this walkable distance helped us alot.

Zongpei was a very kind and proactive host. She immediately responded in all her communications. The place is less than a 5 minute walk to both the Osaka Loop line and the Midosuji line. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped.

Kie was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and kept the place very clean.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment is beautiful, there is a Beamer for watching movies. And a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped. The two bedrooms each have two beds. So it was more than enough space for 4 people. The area is a quiet urban neighborhood, however it’s good to know that if you follow the road under the tunnel, you end up in the red light district. Which can be a bit unpleasant if you walk through it without knowing. The train station is about 10-15 mins walk and the nearest convenience store is about 5 mins. If you come by car, parking can be a bit tricky because of the narrow street. But even our relatively big car ended up fitting in the carport. We loved our stay so definitely recommend coming here!

The home was perfect. in a quiet neighborhood, close to the train and we'll appointed.

I had an excellent experience at Kana’s house during our stay. Not only was the house the perfect size for the 5 guests we had, Kana herself was excellent at communicating with us about anything and everything we needed. The house was spotless and a great location to local restaurants, bars and a short 7 min walk to the subway. Overall i recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka. Thank you again kana for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!!

A charming little house with all the amenities you'd need. Spacious and clean for 3 adults. Easy to find and check in instructions were easy. close to stations and shops. Chenli is the best host. super responsive with any questions and even assisted us with arranging luggage forwarding. thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. highly recommend !

非常值得推荐，房间很大，足够六七个人居住，里面的生活用品应有尽有，一次性剃须刀、牙刷、湿巾、毛巾、浴巾你想得到的都有，房间也干净整洁，距离住处20m以内有家便利店非常方便；房东也非常热情，主动询问我们的行程时间，在居住期间还会问我们是否有什么不方便的地方，非常贴心，如果未来再来大阪游玩还光临贵府

Many trains can reach but need to walk 10 minutes. Nearby have convenient stores and restaurants too. Just the staircase really high and narrow, not suitable for old or kids below 2 year old. As ground floor do not have any room, all rooms on 1st floor. Kitchen have pots and pan but do not have oils/ salts. You need to prepare yourself if u plan to cook.

What an amazing property! This building has so much history in it, your trip will be enhanced just by staying here. I originally was disappointed we did not book a ryokan but Yaya's place had all the best features without the drawbacks of a hotel. It is located within a few minutes walk of both 7-11 and a train station so the location couldn't be more convenient. The interior is amazing and you really feel like you're living in another age. Highly recommended!

Beautifully designed with an authentic Japanese feel. Karen's place is clean, comfortable, and ideal for a larger group. The location is perfect, walking distance to the main area and train station, with great restaurants and coffee nearby. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

I highly recommend Leo’s home. It’s located in an awesome neighborhood very close to Umeda. Despite its proximity to Osaka station the neighborhood is quiet and had a ton of cute shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. I highly recommend Leo’s home.

Beautiful architecture, home, and space. Very private and great for a large group. It was very quiet and peaceful for being so close to the city bustle. Endless options for food and drink around! The heated toilet seat and automated lid-opening and flushing felt extra luxurious. We loved our stay!

It is a traditional house for whom want to experience japanese life. It is also convenient to approach tourist attraction with two stations within 6 minutes walking. In general, it is worth what you pay for.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Japan. It was larger than expected inside with a dining table and two spaces for tea. The sleeping area was also spacious and relaxing with shoji screens on all the windows. The neighborhood is very quiet and private with a nice stone path inside the gate. It's a 5 minute walk to Kyomizu-dera template, and 20 minutes to Gion. Walking back at night through the side streets is especially pleasant compared to staying in a hotel downtown.
