Orosei: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

La casa está muy bien con su parking privado,la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y sobre todo nuevo. Zona muy tranquila y a solo 5minutos está la playa. Los propietarios muy atentos y siempre disponibles antes cualquier duda.

Soggiornare nella casa di Carlo è stato molto piacevole, la casa è arredata con gusto e perfettamente attrezzata. Il patio esterno con la pergola di glicine e la pianta di banano offre un riparo fresco e intimo. Carlo è un host attento, ci ha accolti offrendoci limoni e le fave del suo orto ed è stato sempre disponibile. Grazie Carlo e grazie Francesca torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi, Simonetta e Flavio

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

We had a lovely stay. I am sorry we only stayed 2 nights. The house has everything you need for a vacation. The surrounding is beautiful and the hosts are very nice. We would definitely come again and recommend the place to everyone! Just be careful - the location marked on the map is somewhere else - close to Orgosole, but the house is actually just a short drive from Orosei.

Härligt boende i mysig by som är en perfekt bas för utflykter i området. Mysig balkong från master bedroom med utsikt över grönområde. Många bra rum i lägenheten och mycket väl fungerande kylsystem. Området är fantastiskt vackert med fina vandringsleder och en underbar natur. Vi rekommenderar starkt att hyra båt och utforska naturområdet norröver. Söderut finns många fina stränder. Gångavstånd till strand, restauranger, livsmedelsbutik, apotek mm.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un sejour vraiment tres agréable ! La maison est tres jolie et fonctionnelle, elle est top pour des vacances ! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'accueil des hôtes, très gentils, réactifs. Le meilleur accueil que nous ayons eu, avec en prime des petites attentions qui font très plaisir ! Ravie de ce séjour 👌

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Stefanias Haus verbracht. Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um viele schöne Wanderwege zu erreichen. In kurzer Zeit ist man an herrlichen Stränden und auch bis in die nächsten Städtchen ist es nicht weit. Ein Markt mit ausreichendem Angebot und frischen Brötchen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz, so dass man nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Im Haus ist alles Notwendige (und ein bisschen mehr) vorhanden. Stefania war sehr rührig und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Kommunikation hat immer hervorragend geklappt und Stefania hat uns in jeder Situation das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir willkommen sind und alles gut ist. Wir danken von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft.

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, proche du centre à pied et accessible facilement en bus. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse où il était agréable de dîner. Valeria a été disponible tout le long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos nombreuses questions. Si vous êtes de passage à Olbia, n'hésitez pas une seule seconde ! 🤩

Super logement en plein centre avec vue sur mer. Je recommande !

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung zum Kochen, Wäscheständer, Schnorchel. Marina war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Self-Check-In lief problemlos. Super fanden wir das kleine Begrüßungsschreiben und selbstzusammengestellte Heftchen mit Ausflugs- und Wandertipps in der Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, zu Fuß sind der Supermarkt und auch der Strand zügig erreichbar.

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

wir hatten einen wunderschönen aufenthalt. die wohnung ist mit liebe eingerichtet und wirklich etwas besonderes. sie liegt unmittelbar neben einem park und einer süßen steinbucht direkt am meer. am abend kann man die letzten sonnenstrahlen des tages genießen und im außenbereich sitzen. der einzige nachteil (dafür kann die vermieterin nichts) war täglicher heftiger baulärm aus dem dorf, der auch ostern und sonntags nicht ruhte.

Für uns der perfekte Ort für Herbstferien - kaum Leute, tolles Strandwetter, wunderschöne Natur und spannende Ausflugsziele (Tropfsteinhöhlen, Berge, Naturreservat Oasi Biderosa, Traumstrände). Super Eisdiele und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Melania ist eine absolut professionelle, reaktionsschnelle und großzügige Gastgeberin.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio sia nella comunicazione molto amichevole, sia nella conviveza con loro nella casa affianco per qualche giorno, sono stati host discreti e rispettosi dei nostri spazi ma anche piacevoli e gentili anche solo per fare due chiacchiere. lo spazio interno è eccellente! Hanno addobbato la casa e messo a disposizione dei clienti tantissimi oggetti utilissimi (Kit di pronto soccorso, adattori per corrente, tutte le stoviglie immaginabili, teli per la piscina...) e un arredamento curato e pieno di dettagli calorosi che ti faranno sentire a casa. Il letto, spaziale! miglior letto trovato in un airbnb fino d'ora, eccellente! la piscina fantastica è pronta per noi all uso già dagli ultimi giorni di aprile, ci sono un sacco di giochi e attività da fare all interno, e lo spazio esterno è bellissimo per prendere l ultimo solo e l aperitivo. qualità prezzo senza rivali. grazieee ❤️
