Bungalow 252 is a secluded hilltop cedar home getaway. Magnificent 130 degree view of the ocean, Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Hardwood flooring. Eagles, bats, deer and raccoons abound. BBQ, watch boats and occasionally orcas from the deck. Nicely stocked full kitchen. Wood stove. Pod coffee maker with coffee, chai, hot chocolate. Two 3D HDTVs with streaming. High speed WIFI (100 MBPS upstairs, slower downstairs), cell service. Games, books, DVDs, binoculars, telescope. Soap, shampoo, conditioner.

The secluded Hot Tub is tucked under cedar trees, over the beach, private for either cabin, but not at the same time.

Yurt camping in Doe Bay area

Relax in a spacious yurt on the side of Mount Pickett next to Moran State Park. Less than a five minute drive to Doe Bay Resort. Twelve miles past Eastsound on the Horseshoe Highway and 20 miles from the ferry landing. The yurt has an outdoor kitchen space with a camp stove and most of the utensils for preparing and serving food. There is an outdoor fire spot and a picnic table for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is also an outdoor shower and outhouse with a composting toilet.

Come stay in our newly built private guest suite which is attached to the main house, but very private. Private entry via the porch or the shared foyer. Bathroom with heated tile floor and frameless glass shower door. Queen size bed, sitting area with love seat. Flatscreen TV + WiFi Deck with table and chairs. Kitchenette has a small fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, microwave, French press + electric water kettle. Near Moran State Park, Rosario and Doe Bay Resort.

Buckhorn Farm Bungalow is located on ten-acres near the north shore of Orcas Island. This family vacation cottage enjoys a wonderful country-farm atmosphere but is only a 5 minute drive from the village of Eastsound, our island's version of “downtown.” Guests can easily walk or ride bicycles along level roads to restaurants, shops or to the nearby semi-private beach to enjoy beach strolls, tide-pooling and spectacular views from Mt. Baker to Vancouver Island.
