Sehr süße Wohnung, Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Krk und Nationalparks waren super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sogar Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs wurden bereitgestellt.

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

Accueil sympathique, nous sommes arrivées très tardivement dû à un retard d'avion, il a attendu jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Maison propre, manque de rien niveau équipement, piscine sauna au top Je recommande

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Šmrika verbracht! Im haus war alles was man braucht. Wir waren begeistert von der großen Terrasse und der Möglichkeit dort mit der ganzen Familie zu frühstücken. Es gibt auch einen tollen Grill und einen Tisch im Schatten der Bäume. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diese erholsame Woche!

Kutyákkal szálltunk meg itt, egyedül a kerítést hiányoltam a kertben de nem okozott problémát végül, hogy nem volt. Nagyon csendes környék a kilátás is csodás és közel van autóval a kutyás strand.

We had a good stay. The house was clean and Nice. Everything was there. We had a dog with us and the dog had a good time also. Because there was lots of space for him to walk in and around the house.

Een enorm leuke ervaring, bij deze ontzettend lieve mensen. We kwamen met 5 personen en een baby hier terecht. We hadden ook nog een trailer met auto erop bij. (Was dat weekend een auto show in jadranovo) Het was even zoeken voor parkeerplaats last minut. Maar ze hebben zoveel moeite gedaan om ons een veilige parkeerplaats te geven. Ze zijn zelfs tot op kruispunt gekomen om ons de weg te wijzen. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om even te genieten op vakantie. Je hoeft ze maar te sturen en ze staan voor je klaar. Ze hadden zelfs een kinder zwembadje voor de baby gebracht. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten! De jacuzzi en het zwembad, waren dan ook wel een groot pluspunt. We zouden hier alleen al terug willen komen voor de mensen zelf. Het centrum van Rijeka viel wel wat tegen. Er was weinig te doen, vies en onverzorgd.

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Jelena was a great host, clear instructions and always very responsive. The apartment itself was perfect. Great location, great surroundings. Everything was spotless. Kitchen had all the amenities, left nothing to be desired. Tastefully decorated and enough space. The view from the balcony was amazing. Will stay there again!

We gladly recommend Irena's beautiful home and definitely we will come again!! Spotless, clean, comfortable and you have everything what you need even more!! Kitchen, living room, fireplace.. Just like home. Beds are just perfect and you can see that whole Villa is arranged with love, quality and a lot of effort. 5 star from heart!! Greetings from Austria, January 2025.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Opatija! The accommodation was cosy, with a stunning view. Pero was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We really like this place, and this is second time that we are visiting. Everything with apartment is great including hosts. Really nice place to relax and enjoy in nature. If you prefer nature and quietness, and avoids crowds, this is right place for you.

Es un amor, tuve problemas con el transporte y llegué muy tarde pero ahi estaba ella esperandome para recibirme en persona, hacerme un tour del lugar y ofrecerme algo para comer y beber, de verdad que fue una experiencia muy agradable y calida, senti que me trataron de la misma manera en que una abuelita consiente a sus nietos

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war wundervoll. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Apartment ist groß und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Micky und Nena sind so freundlich und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus und mehr Vorhanden als erwartet. (Zb Holzkohle für den Grill) Die Geh-Entfernung zu dem Wein-Tasting war super

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

This was a perfect property with all of the amenities we could ask for to enjoy our week in Croatia! Host was great! Will 100% be returning to this property on our next trip to the area!

Wir haben uns bei Andreja super wohl gefühlt. Und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Outdoor Küche und einem gepflegten Garten. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Krk & Cres. Die Gastgeber Yvette, Barbara und Tony machen einen Klasse Job, sind gut zu erreichen und kümmern sich um ihre Gäste. Die direkt Nachbarschaft ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber sobald man das Grundstück mit der Villa betreten hat ist dies vergessen. Ich kann es empfehlen und würde es auf selbst wieder buchen.
