2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located in the historic Mill Building (1834). This top floor end unit offers views of Okemo Mtn while overlooking the Black River. With exposed brick walls, wooden beams, high ceilings & a wood burning fireplace we hope you enjoy the coziness of this rustic space after a long day of adventure. Firewood, linens, towels, & cooking needs are provided for added comfort. Our condo is centrally located, walkable to shops/restaurants & is on the shuttle route to Okemo.

Fully stocked with essentials and includes a ski locker for your gear. Shuttle in/out service available weekends (Dec–April), or ski home when conditions allow (check Killington trail status). Put your gear on the patio and just walk out to the slopes! Okemo Mountain Lodge ground floor unit. C-building is the closest property to the A-Quad/B-Quad lift. Come enjoy convenient skiing, free parking and fast internet. Ski school gathers right outside the patio. How convenient it is to make your own meal during a powder day! Please note there is no AC at this condo complex summer time. Fireplace has been updated to electric fireplace starting from 2023-2024 season.

It sits on the bus route for Okemo Mountain, and is walkable to groceries, restaurants and bars. "Eight Oh Brew" tap house is located on the base floor of the building. This location has free onsite parking, free firewood and coin laundry machines.

Newly renovated condo at The Mill in downtown Ludlow. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Cozy up in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite movie on our 80" TV with sound system. Large enough to invite your friends and family but cozy enough for a romantic getaway. On the Okemo shuttle route. Please note the back deck is temporarily closed due to repairs. Expected to be open by Labor Day.

One Bedroom Suite Near Okemo

This 675 square foot suite features a master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV, separate living room with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace, full size kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, and private bath with jetted tub.
