It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

White Deer Lodge on Lake Lanier, dogs welcome!

Bring your boat & family to this great place w/lots of room for fun on Lake Lanier! Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog. One king bedroom is above the garage. Also, the upper level of our dock is now permanently closed, but the lower level is usable with an empty slip for your boat, & deck space to sunbathe & relax.

Perfect space for families and for gathering to enjoy Lake Lanier! Our family's home is all about family & friends getting together and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take a short 1-minute walk (50 yards on a moderately steep slope to the dock) to the lake in our quiet cove and go for an evening paddleboard. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer.
