It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Adorable three bed, two bath farmhouse just 12 minutes to the historic Dahlonega Square and only 5 minutes to the North Georgia Outlet Mall.
