Some of the most beautiful areas such as Swallow Falls, Herrington Manor and Rock Maze are only a short drive away. Enjoy skiing at Wisp Resort or boating and swimming at Deep Creek State Park. Our tiny little cabin is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are looking for a remote getaway with beautiful sites, some fabulous fishing, or riding your side by side through the mountains, this place is in the heart of it. Nestled in the holler of Leadmine, WV is our hut. So close to Thomas, WV with their streets of shopping; Davis, WV with Blackwater Falls and restaurants; Canaan is not much further up the road. And the endless trails to ride your buggies!!

Our location is secluded yet conveniently located to all of the activities Deep Creek Lake has to offer. The property backs up to 65 wooded acres at the end of a private road. Peaceful setting with a stream, fire pit, picnic table, and horse shoe pit.

SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

There is also a ton of destinations should you choose to leave the farm!

Cabin G is a rustic camping cabin in the woods, overlooking the creek- no plumbing or AC power. It has heat, battery-powered permanent lighting and a private portapotty. Outside there is a private fire pit and picnic table, and a charcoal grill and a propane tabletop stove are available at no charge. The cabin is furnished with beds, chairs, table, couch, and nightstand. Showerhouse and outdoor showers are near the main lodge, or inside lodge during the cold season.
