We’re bursting with nearby cafes, bookstores, movies, & shops. The guest suite is a street level unit below our house set up for self check-in. The ceiling of the space is low, so those 6’ or taller might not be comfortable. The guest suite is cozy & relaxing, informal & quiet. Courtyard seating is a real plus!

It’s a “walkers paradise”: near cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a 10-12 minute walk to the Rockridge BART station. We have lived here for 28 years and recently completed a major renovation. In the process we created a new 400 sq. ft. ground floor unit with a private entrance for friends, family and Airbnb. We are LGBTQ friendly and have a safe space for solo female travelers.
