Our apartment is on the on sunny side of Nyhavn, Copenhagen's beautiful old harbor, right in the center of Copenhagen just a 5 min walk to the Queen's residence. Our place is from the 17th century and while you feel the touch of history you will have a mesmerizing view of the old harbor. People famous to Danish history has lived here and Hans Christian Andersen frequented the apartment in the 1850is. Fun fact: If you google the word "Copenhagen" the first image will show our condo. "Holmen" is a historical naval area. Here you are surrounded by water and beautiful old bulidings. You have space and privacy but bridges connect you to bustling Nyhavn and the very center of the city in a few minutes. The apartment has a large sunny terrace where you can relax and have barbecue. From the livingroom and terrace you have view and direct access to one of Copenhagens canals, where you can go for a swim. There is free parking in the street. Its my home, when I dont have guests.

The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
