Had a great stay. Really peaceful location in rural Norfolk but within walking distance of a great pub. The outside space was simply amazing, almost too much choice of places to sit! So many amenities with the pizza oven, gas BBQ griddle, charcoal BBQ, two sheltered outdoor areas and of course the hot tub. Lots of information provided upfront. Check in was a breeze. Place was spotless. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

Lovely home, great location and excellent communication from host throughout

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

A picturesque home in a beautiful location. In a quaint little village you truly feel like you’ve been whisked away into serenity. Would highly recommend staying here, host is very friendly and welcoming, the home is well equipt for all your needs. If you are looking for rest and recuperation and time to reconnect with others without the hustle and bustle of life, this is your dream location!

We loved our stay. A really quiet spot, lovely quiet dog walks, a great local Indian takeaway that delivers, and most significantly, a beautiful chilly March evening spent relaxing in the hot tub.

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

We had the most amazing stay here! Having been to various places with our kids over the years this place was hands down the best! From outside play area to the best playroom, as well as big bedrooms and a big living/dining area. We even used the little outside cabin nook for some one-on-one time which was really treasured. For us adults the hot tub was obviously such a treat! The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were great. The scenery is ridiculously beautiful and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A very cosy cottage. Bigger than expected, clean and fully equipped. Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Richard was spot on. Would definitely consider coming back.

Fantastic. Beautiful Cottage, beautifully furnished. Cake on arrival makes you feel so welcomed. It’s our second visit and we loved it the first time and loved it again.

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

Arriving at Albion Cottage was very easy, the cottage name was on the gate, nice and clear. Key in the key safe and a smooth key turn! The cottage is beautifully detailed with Victorian furniture and artefacts, pottery, pictures, lamps and lovely curios. All the furniture was very comfortable adding to the overall atmosphere of Victorian cosines. The kitchen was very well equipped with all mod-cons. Microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. It’s also well stocked with items required for cooking - oils etc - very helpful. The beauty continues outside with an abundantly filled courtyard garden. Happisburgh is a small hamlet, very quiet with the exception of the free roaming friendly peacock! A delight to see. A small walk takes you to the ramp leading the the beach. A nice walk down to the beach and then back along the cliffs, finishing at the village pub. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage and the village is a wonderfully peaceful place.

We had such a lovely stay at Kate’s beautiful cottage. Kate was incredibly helpful with recommendations and clear easy instructions. The house is super cosy with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had a lovely day at the seaside in Southport about 40 mins drive away and then visited the Swan Inn in Hoxne for a great Sunday roast. Stradbroke has lots of good countryside walks. Highly recommend!

The thing we liked about this was that it was Charlotte's place - it wasn't just some business with dozens of properties, it was someone's home. Fantastic little place near the beach, really peaceful. Would love to stay again.

Just got back from three nights in May and the house was everything we wanted. Lovely village location but easy walk to the beach. Great spot for dog walks and village green superb for first walk in the morning or last thing at night. House was beautifully appointed and everything worked perfectly. Local area is great to explore and central location made this the perfect holiday base. Highly recommended.

Our first Air BnB, and we had great hosts. The communication was excellent and personalised, before during and after our trip. The house itself was superbly done out, fresh clean and modern. We were initially concerned that we were a little further out of Sheringham than we initially wanted, however we were very wrong. It was only an 8 minute walk to the front. The shop over the road was very handy with great service. All in all it was a great trip with a property that felt like home from home.

A lovely stay for myself and my colleagues - perfect location for us for a week. Very modern amenities inside, lovely swimming pool and brilliant bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

Great little spot with easy access to Norwich and the coast, Steve met us as soon as we arrived and gave us some recommendations and explained how to use how the hot tub. If we are ever planning a trip again we will definitely stay again!

Nice and clean caravan with probably the best instructions and communication i've ever experienced on airbnb. The caravan itself was nice and the addition of heaters in all room ensured it was not too cold.

We had a wonderful time at Aquarius in Kessingland. It was a great base to explore the local beaches and nearby coastal towns. We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were out at Southwold and Benacre mostly, but the accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean/tidy. Sue was a great host and the instructions to find the property were clear and simple. Kessingland beach was lovely and we could easily come back and spend a few days just relaxing and playing on the beach. We would love to come back and visit again soon!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
