We had a lovely time staying at Peter’s place. It was very clean, well set up and as described from the listing. It was nice and quiet. Surrounded by lovely fields which you could look out to whilst eating. It’s about 10 mins drive to Dunwich and 20-30 mins drive to Southwold so plenty to do nearby. Peter was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would highly recommend to stay here if coming to this area.

We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

the hayloft is beautiful. the pictures don't do it justice. very walkable to the village of Snape with 3 good pubs and the unique maltings. nearby Aldborough and thorp Ness are fantastic places to visit. we had 2 nights at the hayloft and wish we'd stayed all week. 10 out of 10. we will be returning

The hosts were really friendly and the place was in great surroundings. We took our dog and the grounds were great for her. The property was a real home from home, well equipped and spotless. Loved it and would highly recommend for a stay in Suffolk.

The accommodation was super beautiful and extremely peaceful. We personally didn’t venture out so I can’t comment on local places to see/things to do however a booklet was provided with heaps of information. Scott was responsive and allowed for a slightly later check out which really made a difference to our morning. I already can’t wait to come back and relax in the scenic views in the serenity of an air conditioned room!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Super conveniently located in the middle of Holt. Very clean and comfortable space

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the loft. I was nice a cosy, comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. We enquired a few times about things and quickly got a response with the information we needed. The only downside I'd say is the cleaning fee seemed pretty steep compared to the total cost of the booking. Other than that we had a great stay.

Thank you Debbie and Ian for providing such a brilliant place to stay! We had everything we could need including welcoming touches such as milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and fresh flowers. Felt very private, even though attached to the house, with our own garden space and parking. Would thoroughly recommend and book again if we are in the area.

Julie and Graham were great hosts, we was greeted when we arrived and made to feel very welcome, we were given some tips on some places we may like to visit Julie assured us if there was anything we needed let them know, on entering the Bothy it was clear they had thought of every thing, above and beyond what we could have exspected, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, some essentials that we had overlooked when packing, and some absoulutley delicious home made items! The bothy itself was really well fitted out, fullsize kitchen appliances and a great tv package to relax with. We would love to stay again when we next visit Norfolk! This was a great stay.. the location was good and close to pubs and the town. One of the biggest things for us when staying is storage and being free from clutter and this had lots of storage. Beds comfortable too and all the necessary items in the kitchen. Great stay and will be visiting again .. thanks Charlie and Rob

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

What a great find, walking distance to Wells harbour. Peaceful and quiet place, immaculate converted boathouse, couldn't recommend it enough for a dog and family friendly stay in stunning Wells.

Had two nights in accommodation with three friend so pleased to find a property with four double beds. Very comfortable house and we loved sitting out on patio in the sun when we arrived. Also used local coffee shop Grounded and Unthank Arms for a meal both very good. Easy to walk into city and parking at address all good.

The house was absolutely stunning , Peter and Susan were amazing hosts . Absolutely beautiful surroundings would definitely stay again .

We have just returned from a wonderful few days at the property. Personal check in and excellent guided tour by both James and Mary was really helpful and meant we could relax immediately - helped by the lovely welcome basket, basics in the fridge and cupboards and personalised cake and card for our birthday celebration. Being a group of 14 (including 3 dogs and children aged 1-16!) there was plenty of space for everyone, games both inside and out to keep all entertained, a wonderful garden for cooking and playing AND access to the playing field direct from the garden. We couldn’t have asked for more and have already recommended the property to friends and family.

It’s no surprise that they only have five star reviews. Exactly as specified in the listing and great hosts. Excellent.

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

We had a fantastic stay at Bridget’s place. It was a perfect retreat with everything you need, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. It’s in a great location - short walk into Blakeney which is a great spot for exploring the beautiful north Norfolk coast. Bridget really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome pack of bread, beer and cookies. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend jackdaws annexe and we’d love to return in the future.

Brancaster stays is a great base to explore the Norfolk Coast and surrounding villages. Just a few mins from beautiful Brancaster Beach as well the lovely Burnham Market with lots of great shops and restaurants. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay and was clean and cosy. Jude and Thomas were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
