After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

We had the most amazing stay. The cottage was clean comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We had access to their beautiful garden. They kindy left us bread milk and everying we needed. We will definitely be hoing back .

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

Julie and Graham were great hosts, we was greeted when we arrived and made to feel very welcome, we were given some tips on some places we may like to visit Julie assured us if there was anything we needed let them know, on entering the Bothy it was clear they had thought of every thing, above and beyond what we could have exspected, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, some essentials that we had overlooked when packing, and some absoulutley delicious home made items! The bothy itself was really well fitted out, fullsize kitchen appliances and a great tv package to relax with. We would love to stay again when we next visit Norfolk! Fantastic stay at perdee place. Daughter loved the ponies which was a surprise. recommended to all who wish to stay.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

Andy and Carol were very friendly and welcoming. Location is absolutely nice and hassle-free. We spent a great time with our kids. Kids have lot to do there. Definitely recommend to other people who looking for a pleasurable stay.

The flat is beautiful and well furnished and laid out, and was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The flat was easy to access and located very close to the town, easily walkable or by bus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and very helpful to boot. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arrises. An excellent stray and a tremendous host. 5 stars

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

This is a lovely space. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Clare is a friendly host. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The location is great - next to many of the wonderful Norfolk Norfolk activities. I would stay again.

Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

Honestly, one of my best ever experiences on Airbnb. Such a thoughtful and welcoming host and the space was perfect for me. So many lovely little touches that I appreciated like fresh fruit & coffee as well as a hot water bottle. The location is super central to the town but also really quiet. I will most definitely be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

John and Julie are superb hosts who made our trip a real delight. They were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Our room and the BnB in general was spotless and tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was also ideally situated, being a stones throw from Blakeney Quay and a short drive to neighbouring beaches and towns. John and Julie had great attention to detail, even providing us with wine glasses in our room for evening drinks! The breakfasts every morning were outstanding with high quality ingredients and a real delicious range of options to choose from. Thanks so much John and Julie for our wonderful stay. Helen was a super nice host, friendly and attentive. Great location, very central to Holt town centre and easy to get to the surrounding attractions. The breakfast spread was lovely and varied with fresh bread from the bakery each morning! The chocolate & ginger tiffin was an extra treat! Thanks so much :-)

Lovely and unique property. Good location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Great host and good value.
