Laura was great answered all questions before and after booking. The caravan was lovely and modern. Nice size and was a winner to see the Yorkshire tea bag amongst other essentials on arrival. The little dishwasher was great to have too. Would defo use again. Thanks Laura :)

Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plenty of parking, also easy commute to Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Fabulous little cottage. It's in a great area for nearby attractions. The Cottage itself is so pretty and contains everything you'd need. The games room, the pool and the chickens are an added bonus. We had a lovely stay.

Spotlessly clean property. Joan was a very responsive and friendly host. Tea, milk, biscuits and coffee were provided. Plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood was very quiet which allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

Beautiful presented property, modern with a comfortable feel. Helene had gone above and beyond when thinking about extra amenities we needed with kids and dogs. The kitchen set up and facilities were the best we’ve stayed at. The location was perfect, being so close to the centre of Seahouses. We could pop in to the shops, pubs and restaurants when needed, only 2 min walk away. Also spent lots of time on the beach front with the dogs. Would highly recommend this place to families and dog owners who want to explore the area while having lots on your doorstep.

Lovely place - nice and comfortable. It was the first time we had been there and Seahouses is a very good location from which to explore the area. Gavin gave a lot of good local information which was very helpful, and was on hand to answer any small question. Overall, a great stay and we would love to go again.

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

Friendly host and lovely comfortable safe home

A beautiful retreat in a beautiful part of the world. A great place for a meeting amongst friends. Plenty of space, extra blankets for cold nights and a fire to keep warm. An amazing authentic experiences which was loved by all of us. This was a place to remember. Thanks.

The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. A beautiful house which has been very tastefully renovated, we especially loved the main stairs. Plenty of space and facilities for 8 of us. Efficient log burner which heated the living room very quickly. We stayed over new year and had hoped to see the northern lights, but saw plenty of stars instead. I would advise arriving for the first time in daylight as the road is very narrow with sheep wandering across.

Clean and tidy property. Practical layout and appliances etc. Felt right at home! Loved the welcoming gifts. That was such a great touch!! Will stay with Newcastle short stays again. Brilliant 🤩 Thank you 🙏

The property is as described easy to find with parking in the drive. Corner Shop nearby. You can see the Holy Isle at the end of the road overlooking the golf course. It had everything we needed during our visit to see family. It is lovely and cosy. Our granddaughter loved all the little birds in the back garden. Highly recommend.

I booked this Airb&b to celebrate my birthday with a few friends in Newcastle, we had the best stay in Kieran’s place! It was in a great location, was very spacious for the 10 of us and Kieran was quick to reply to any questions! Would love to be back. Thankyou again for having us.

Would definitely recommend company/ this accommodation. Communication was top notch throughout, very quick and answered all queries. House was lovely and very clean, beds super comfortable, smart tv with netflix etc.

Emma’s place is lovely exactly as described. The garden was a great bonus hot tub was wonderful. We were in Newcastle due to the Magic Weekend so we used the house as a base for 2 families. Everyone had a great time perfect place for us to get together. Communications were very good.. Thank you Emma and your family for allowing us to stay in your home.

The location is really good, close to Jesmond but in a more quiet residential part. The property was nice, self-contained with a cozy mezzanine level. The bed was comfy, and we didn't find the low roof too cramped. There was always parking outside. The street always had spaces up on the kerb (NB: the spaces required you to sometimes hump the car up the full kerb rather than a dropped kerb).
