Located within eyesight and walking distance of the public beach, the Islesboro Ferry terminal, McLaughlin’s restaurant, and the Beach Store. Property is located on US route 1- just 6 miles north of Camden (8 minute drive), and less than 15 minutes south of Belfast. This year-round cottage provides a lovely retreat for resting while exploring all the Midcoast has to offer.

This coastal town is truly a gem, but if you’d like to explore further afield, it’s also an excellent base for day trips to Camden (30 minutes) or Acadia National Park (1.25 hours.) A private half mile walk down the driveway will end at brick sidewalks leading you to Lincolnville Beach, one of Maine's stretches of sandy shoreline.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Stonington Harbor Cottage

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Historic School House now with High Speed Internet

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Owls Head Oceanview Cottage Cedar Hot Tub/Sauna

This ocean view cottage on the side of Mt Battie has a master suite with a private bathroom and a wood burning fireplace, a living room with a queen sofa bed and another wood burning fireplace, sauna, a large 6 ft wide Maine Cedar hot tub off the back deck. Hiking trails to Mt Battie summit and the rest of Camden Hills State park are accessible from our parking lot.

This peaceful cottage is nestled in a small village situated halfway between Belfast and Bangor along the Penobscot River. You’ll find yourself just far enough “off the beaten path” while still in a quaint neighborhood with lots of history. An easy starting point when planning a trip to Midcoast or Downeast Maine, and to the lakes and mountains in the north and west.
