Welcome to the Nation's Capitol! The Carriage House is part of a historic Capitol Hill property. It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).

DC Treehouse - Charming, private 1-bdrm ADU in DC

Come to DC to work or play but stay here to relax. DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. The house is decorated with modern furnishings and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware and the bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the bathroom has a full washer and dryer. A short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and quick walk to Metro make getting around easy!

(Starting July 13, the space will only be available for up to 4 people as the yellow futon sofa will be removed.)

Live like a local on historic Capitol Hill as you explore DC. This beautifully renovated carriage house, built in the 1870s, is only 4 blocks from the U.S. Capitol, Senate, and Supreme Court. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio and then take a stroll through Capitol Hill to the National Gallery and the Smithsonian museums. Restaurants, Trader Joe's and Eastern Market are also nearby. Housebroken dogs under 40 pounds are welcome. There is a charge of $30 per dog. No more than 2.

A cabin in the city! So cute! The building is in our backyard and has private entry, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. A quiet Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking readily available. Wifi. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Our stunning, newly-renovated modern guest house is the perfect place to stay in Washington, whether you're here to see the monuments or for meetings on Capitol Hill. The house is tucked into a quiet, lovely neighborhood while also being close to the action: You can easily walk to the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, Eastern Market, RFK Stadium and Barracks Row, where you'll find some of the best restaurants in the city. It's also a short walk to the Potomac Avenue metro station.

It’s within walking distance to the Capitol dome, the Supreme Court, Libraries of Congress, the Eastern Market metro station, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. It’s a clean, modern, climate controlled studio apartment with a queen sized bed, efficiency style kitchenette, washer and dryer, and bathroom. It has its own entrance, separated from the main house by a courtyard.

Easy walk to Eastern Market too. Great launch spot for all that DC has to offer.
