Welcome to Northam Nook, my beautiful cottage set in the centre of the coastal village of Northam. A mile from Westward Ho! with sandy beach. Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pubs and restaurants, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Carpenter Cottage is a contemporary, newly-refurbished cottage situated in the heart of beautiful North Devon. It is self contained and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The interior retains original features such as a fireplace and beamed ceilings with all the comforts of a modern kitchen and bathroom. This beautiful property also offers a courtyard garden. Just a short walk away is the picturesque coastal village of Westward Ho! This is a perfect escape for familes, couples and friends.

Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. The Stables is a beautiful annexe tucked away in a peaceful residential setting. Enjoy the entire space to yourselves, complete with private outdoor space and on-site parking. The accommodation sleeps up to three guests, featuring a cosy double bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living area. Perfectly placed for exploring North Devon, you’re just a 15-minute walk from Bideford town centre, while the charming villages of Instow, Appledore and Westward Ho! are only a short drive away.

Sea Breeze Lodge, Croyde Coastal Retreats

Set in a stunning coastal location, with all the comforts of home, the Sea Breeze lodge has the added benefit of being dog friendly costing £30 per dog per visit. You have your own small, private and secure garden, so you know your four legged holiday companion can be off-lead when you’re at home chilling out. The lodge sleeps 6 people, with an ensuite double bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee in the spacious living room, plus a second bathroom.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Walking trails, beach, burrows, crabbing etc. Guests can also enjoy discounted beauty and massage treatments with Julie if available
