We've stayed here before; this is our second visit. The house is just great. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a bug living room (with a jukebox!) and a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need in it. I love that John leaves stuff that you need like milk and essentials in the cupboards. Hebden Bridge is lovely, you can go on walks right from the back door of the house and everything about the house just feels like somewhere where John wants to make it feel personal and like you're welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

Carol’s place is cozy with its own bathroom and an assortment of pillows, blankets and books. I especially appreciated the reading light by the bed. Carol is a gracious host who prepared a vegetarian breakfast for me each morning. I felt welcomed and comfortable.

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

Ian was a great host. excellent communication at all times. The house was in a good location within close proximity of shops, pubs and restaurants of Harrogate. Would definitely book again when visiting Harrogate.

I had the most wonderful experience staying here. Rosie was very welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The cottage is beautiful and really cozy. The upstairs was spacious and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Rosie was kind enough to take the time to walk with me to the River Derwent. It was such a beautiful stroll and a lovely way to see the area through a local’s eyes. She also gave great tips on nearby places to explore and walk around. In the evening, they even offered me pizza and chips, which was so thoughtful and kind. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I had a fresh fruit salad followed by a lovely hot breakfast. Rosie also shared a homemade jam, which made it feel all the more special. I couldn't recommend Rosie's place enough. Thank you, Rosie and Paul, for the warm hospitality!

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

We have known Myles for a long time and enjoyed our stay. He made us very welcome and we felt at home.

Legendary. Linda is one of the nicest people I've ever met, and an amazing host! Her beautiful dog teddy was extremely friendly. Linda went above and beyond to make me feel at home. the room was cozy and prestine warm and comfortable. stunning ocean views from just outside. everything you could ask for and more and for the price, truly incredible! don't hesitate, Linda's is the perfect BNB and competitively priced compared to neer-by options. 11/10

A great place for a one night stay. Went to a gig next door so this was a perfect spot and location. There was some fresh food and drink left for us which was a nice touch. Free parking was easy just outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely flat in a great (and picturesque!) location. Patrick was also an excellent host - really responsive but also went above and beyond leaving bread, jam and milk for breakfast etc. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if coming to Leeds!

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

Just lovely. The location of the apartment is in a little green oasis very close to Hyde Park. The apartment itself is actually quite big and very comfortable and warm. Best of all, breakfast - eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk - were all provided so we didn’t need to nip to the shops for essentials. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thanks to Martin and Carmen, we will definitely come back.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Diana. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und super Eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, von Pubs, Restaurants, Schnellrestaurants, Supermarkt und Tankstellen. Es ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war super und der Check In sehr einfach. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Von dort kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto erkunden und erreichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Kann man empfehlen.

We have stayed in this apartment several times. It always meets our needs with a secure allocated parking space and being on the ground floor. Helen always supplies basic essentials milk, coffee, tea etc. The apartment is very well maintained and is only a short walk into York. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Juliette and Nick’s loft is a peaceful and comfortable space in a safe and affluent residential area of Bramhope. There is a lovely view through large windows looking out over gardens, fields and hills. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the nice toiletries. I also appreciated the plants, books, ornaments and thoughtful touches which made it a homely and welcoming place to be. Juliette and Nick were really hospitable and all communication beforehand was great too. We recommend the loft as a fab place to stay and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

The perfect base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding areas. Helen, Nick and not forgetting their gorgeous pup Daisy were wonderful hosts. We felt so welcomed from the arrival, and throughout our stay with delicious breakfast served daily and the most cosy room and bed to retreat inside after days walking and visiting the coast. We would highly recommended their b&b, and will be back in the future!

This place beats every other booking I have made on Airbnb. Deserves beyond a 5 ⭐️ Was in Newcastle for a short weekend trip, visiting family with my wife and 5 year old. Gary’s place was only 24mins from our destination, so it was not too much distance. Gary is great personality, friendly and chatty. Made our little girl feel at home. The apartment was in pristine condition you would not want to mess it up. Very private with sparkling bathroom (and sufficient bathroom supplies and toiletries) and lounge where you have several video collections and access to internet to stream online if you wish. So many free options for breakfast as well. Such a great deal for great price. I will certainly book this place again when next I am in the area.

The house is beautifully and sympathetically decorated and furnished, felt luxurious but not somewhere you were worried about touching things! Our bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, thoughtful extras such as dressing gowns and a fridge in the room so we could make tea and coffee. Bathroom was another highlight, gorgeous deep bath and a walk in shower with lovely toiletries. Continental breakfast was delicious, a lovely touch to have bread from the bakery down the road. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, top tips for places to go and visit as well as eat, different transport options into the city also explained. I will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family as I don't think they will find anything better in York.

Had an excellent couple of nights in Marco’s ‘Ingleborough’ pod set in an enclosed garden with super views of Pen-y-Ghent and the surrounding countryside. Loved watching the robin in the garden stare in at us! The pod is well designed and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Marco is a very friendly host and he serves his guests a tasty cooked breakfast of their choice to the door each morning. Fresh fruits, juices, milk, bread, yoghurts and more are provided too! Would definitely recommend a stay here and it is our intention to be back very soon!

Robin Hood's Bay is a beautiful location and Phil only added to what was a great weekend away! He was a really attentive host, providing lots of information on the local area, with the room being really beautiful

Excellent place to stay while exploring Grassington and beyond. Wonderful scenery, delicious breakfasts. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Yorkshire Dales. National park minutes away. Grassington House restaurant beautiful fine dining. Gentle stroll into Linton for mouth watering Sunday Roast. I would definitely recommend staying with Sian everyone was extremely welcoming 😊
