My family (5 adults and an adorable house-trained puppy) needed a pet friendly place to stay where we could all be together, yet have our separate spaces as we gathered in the area for a family Celebration of Life. Stephanie was very responsive (within minutes), access was seamless and the house and yard were exactly as advertised and just what we needed. Three of our group had mountain bikes which were easy to securely store outside and the fenced (and gated) yard was great for playing with the puppy. My daughter & I enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the separate office area was useful for me to have my laptop set up for the odd bit of work that I had to do while there. I would highly recommend staying here!!

I can't say enough good things about the Captain's Quarters and Henny as a host. This was our third Easter weekend in a row spent at CQ on Galiano, and we cherished every minute - even adding an extra night to our stay this year. It's an amazing, private spot to relax, embrace the peacefulness, the comforts (hot tub is my personal fave, and the new king sized bed afforded many extra hours of sleep), and the island mentality. Henny is an absolute gem, and was always quick to respond to any requests. Even when the island had a brief, 2-hour power outage, Henny provided us with extra lighting, and the assurance that should the power outage last longer, she would run the generator. Our dog Feivel also finally got on our level, and didn't even bark when Henny came by with complimentary greens and smoked salmon tails! We can't wait to be back.

Aaron and Deanne's was even better than what I had hoped. Staying in the coach house was like pretending to live in a gorgeous North Vancouver neighborhood for a few days, and the location could not have been better. We had quick and easy access to everything we wanted to do, felt comfortable and safe the entire time, and Aaron and Deanne provided helpful insider tips for navigating our vacation with two kids. I will be recommending their place to everyone I know.

This was a unique experience in my 7+ years using Airbnb. The hosts were actually sharing their current home with us while they went out for travel. So the house has a more “homy” feel. We actually stayed in other people’s home. We found everything we needed in the house, including a lot of extra items in the fridge for cooking. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 4 of us. The hot tub and back yard are nice, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy outside. The location was very quiet, not far from many attractions. North Vancouver is a great alternative to busy downtown areas. Trish is a wonderful host, friendly and always responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Vancouver.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The river views were absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Gregory’s place and we have talked about making it an annual family trip we enjoyed it so much! Clean and spacious home, and a lovely deck/outdoor space. We spent lots of time in the hot tub and enjoyed having a campfire. Would not hesitate to recommend!

It was an overall wonderful and peaceful experience. Great place to relax and recharge with big backyard for outdoor fun and chilling out. The host is also really good at responding and willing to help however he can.

Wendy was a beautiful and kind host. My 2 friends and I needed a place to stay desperately and only booked a couple of hours before and Wendy replied fast and was so generous and allowed us to arrive late at night. There were snacks left out and the next morning she gave us yogurt cups when we went out the door for our ferry.

Li and Greg were absolutely amazing. They were super friendly, helpful, and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. Honestly, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home in Canada, and I really appreciated that. The apartment was spotless—actually cleaner than a hotel—and it gets cleaned thoroughly every day. If I ever needed anything, they were always there to help and always went the extra step. The location is great too—probably one of the nicest areas in all of Vancouver. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants around, it’s close to Kitsilano Beach, and you can get to downtown easily by bus or just walking. Overall, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Would definitely come back!

The hosts were so quick and helpful. The home was spacious and cozy. The linens were perfect. We loved staying here and will again! So peaceful, quiet, and just a wonderful family getaway. Very dog friendly and the beach is so close. Everything you need is within walking distance as well.

LOVED this gem of a retreat. I mean how can you not love a sauna, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious cabin that overlooks port moody. I wish I could stay for a month! And so cool, you take a boat to get to the cabin. I’ve been telling everyone at my work about this place!

What A beautiful arrival, the ambiance at night was magical, the views and atmosphere during the day were also very soothing, tranquil. Very eclectic accomodations, right down to the art in the suite.

We had such a great time at Carraholly Retreat! The boat ride over was super easy, and the place itself was so cute and cozy. We loved the clean hot tub and spent a lot of time relaxing in the sauna - it was such a treat. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from the city. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

This cabin in Point Roberts met all our needs of a place being private, with nice outdoor space and hot tub which was a must for us! Highly recommend staying at this cabin you won’t be disappointed

This was our first time staying longer than one day in Canada. It was beautiful and peaceful, The Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to grab groceries our first night and they gave us some Pasta and Spaghetti. The hot tub was also very warm and relaxing. We will be back in the Summer to Kayak and swim for sure!
