Hidden gem in central Tynemouth w/private parking!

The place was warm and comfortable. Exactly as described. As stated prior to arrival, the private parking is tight but the alternatives were fully explained. If intending to visit just the local area Tynemouth Front Street, with its cafes and restaraunts is a few minutes stroll and its even less if you want to travel to/from Newcastle or the airport by Metro. Check out Davantis CLassico for Italian food, in the station. We had already booked a further trip to Carly's place later in the year and can now look forward to that with confidence.

Absolutely lovely 4 night break in Station Cottage. It was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Mick was very welcoming and fun to chat with. The attention to detail in the cottage is very noticeable. We had wondered whether the proximity to the rail lines would be problematic, but it wasn't at all! We had a very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend, and if we had the opportunity, we would return. Thank you!

Old Parish Cottage

Don't hesitate to book this airbnb. We are well travelled and this rates extremely highly. Very bright and spacious and actually brand new. The bed was so comfortable as was the sofa which we appreciated. Private and peaceful, Kate, host, kept in contact via text to make sure all was well. The accommodation, The Cottage, attached to the main building, is secluded and sits in a pretty garden. There is off road parking. The location is excellent for numerous beautiful places to visit. Villages, towns, countryside and beaches. Plenty of choices when it comes to local eateries too. Highly recommended.

Cosy Cottage, Prime Location!

Lovely little cottage in a small village. Check in and parking was easy. Good facilities like tea, coffee, milk and towels. We walked down to the pub for evening dinner and food was lovely.

Caravan in Yorkshire

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

The Boathouse Riding Mill

The Boathouse was an absolutely amazing accommodation - we were getting married at Healey Barn & couldn’t recommend it enough. The hosts were extremely friendly & helpful - the place was spotless, facilities were amazing & location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed dog walks around Riding Mill & particularly liked the local pub (The Wellington). Not sure you’ll find better accommodation in the area!

#16 is the perfect place to stay when exploring Seaham. It is clean and cozy, close to the beaches, and it is walkable to several local restaurants. We have visited multiple times, and it never disappoints. Thank you Dave for another wonderful stay!

Very good for moving my son into uni, flexible check in, kim was very hood at communicating the instructions, bonus that we had plates and cutlery to be a ble to use fir something to eat, room was as expected everything we needed. Definitely recommended Thanks sara

A great little place to stay for easy access to all beaches to look for seaglass. Everything is within walking distance and parking was possible on the road outside the place. There is also a useful garage just up the road too.

Great Bars and Restaurants just few steps away. Parking is situated on the back of the house so I could leave my bike there without hesitation.

Room 6 | Peaceful Stay

The room and facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet so it was straightforward getting a good nights' sleep. The property was a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop with ample local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. Cramlington is close to Newcastle, the coast and the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.

This is my second stay here, but my first under the new owners. Everything is just as good as it was before. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and has everything you need. It is a peaceful spot within glorious countryside, but close enough to everything.
