What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

We are working on renovating the garage into a game room! Big plans for fun entertainment for the whole family by summer! The patio space is so peaceful! The garage is unlocked and you’re welcome to use it for additional space and gaming but we will be adding more games and painting/updating the space! Enjoy!

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kiddos).

The Guest House is a completely remodeled home just north of North Platte Nebraska in the small cowboy town of Stapleton. The Guest House is a pet friendly home with fenced yard, and dog run. The house is well-stocked with all new appliances and amenities for comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of downtown Stapleton and Park. The Guest House is a camera free home to insure your privacy.

It's only 3 minutes to Safeway and 7 minutes to the lake! The back does not have grass fully established yet, but there is a grill and fire pit.

Riverwoods Doghouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful 2 room cabin next to the Platte River. There is a spacious living room, a large and unique counter/eating area, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with 4 twin beds. Made from a barn that was on the property, the doghouse has concrete floors and will allow dogs to accompany you for an extra fee.
