Spent a week with my children and parents over spring break. The house was spotless and the location was excellent. The kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of space to share meals and play games. Location was a short drive or bike ride to the beach, which we enjoyed as well. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. Five stars all the way, and we’ll definitely visit again! Thank you, Katharine and Dean!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and the place exceeded our expectations. The home and pool were clean. Backyard comes with plenty privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The beach is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect space for four couples in town to play some pickleball. There is a crazy amount of places to sit, inside and out!The beds were comfy and the neighborhood super quiet. In the mornings we drank our coffee poolside before heading out for the day. Dinners were cooked/bbqd in and enjoyed around the big table followed by games. We cooled off in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. Pickleball courts, beach and shopping very close by. Even with eight adults there were no issues sharing bathrooms, working in the kitchen or finding a quiet corner. Great supply of towels and places to hang them. Definitely better than any hotel.

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

House was perfect for a mini family gateway,my kids had a blast at the heated pool, even though in pictures it looks bigger than the size it really is. Very well equipped kitchen,everything you need you can find it inside,cleaning was accurately as described. Beach is like 10 min driving and also restaurants and markets, they are close, but unless you like to walk, you need a car to go to this places.Overall We have a great days. Elina is very responsive and willing to help you with any issue if is the case. Neighborhood is very quite as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s place! The space was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Kelly was a responsive and welcoming host, always quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near everything, which made getting around really easy. A wonderful villa to call home for two weeks. Couldn’t fault at all. Spacious, clean, fantastic location and everything you could need is provided. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if we’re lucky enough to visit Naples once more.

Ian's place/Bella Bahia was amazing! Cannot say enough. Beautifully appointed, wonderful pool, close to beach, incredible views. Perfect hosts in terms of communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend all the way around!

Kristijan was a great host! Very responsive and very friendly. We had trouble with the A/C one day but he had a repair man come out immediately to fix the issue. Hot tub and back yard were great! Location was also great as you’re pretty much five minutes from everything! Would recommend!!!!

We had an incredible time staying at this lovely property. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and there is privacy bushes and other beautiful trees in the back. This home had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and so much to do. Christina is extremely fast responding no matter what time. We would definitely stay here again!!! Large rooms and a lot of space!!

Julie’s place was clean, exactly described. We stayed for 1 month and a week. We enjoyed everything about the house, community pool, and golf course. Everyone in the community was very welcoming and kind. Our mother in law enjoyed the golf cart to take her to and from the pool. Definitely an added bonus. Michael and Kirstin certainly do have a beautiful home and we would certainly return for another vacation. Location is nice, not too far from Naples, 5th Ave, Tin City, Beaches etc.. We all enjoyed our time there. The pool area is nice, IMO, not enough lounge chairs to lay out in the sun. I wouldn't deter us from booking again.
