Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We only needed a one nights stay during our travels through Florida, and Ana's place was perfect. For a future visit, we will definitely look Ana back up.

We live in Fort Myers, and just wanted a weekend at the beach, this was absolutely perfect. Super easy and quick walk to the beach for a walk and sunset. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We had our 30 lb dog with us, and this place was ideal. We would recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Lovely place and very peaceful. The house is comfortable and the air conditioning works really well so the house is cool. This is a great place for families. The place looks just like the pictures and comes with everything that is listed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We cooked most of our own meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The white sand beaches are amazing. We went to both the Wiggins State park and Vanderbilt beaches. We had no problems with parking. It was amazing to come home from the beach and swim in the private pool. Best family vacation ever. We love Ayleen’s place and we plan to be back!

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Fort Myers Beach! The location was perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, which made it super convenient to come and go throughout the day. The house even provided a pull wagon and beach chairs, which were great extras for our beach outings. The pool area was a highlight for us! A great setup for afternoon happy hours, and the outdoor TV made it easy to catch the games while enjoying the Florida sun. Inside, the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. It was a perfect setup for our group of four. Also, the location was ideal—close to the heart of Fort Myers Beach with lots of restaurants and bars just a short walk or quick drive away. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun beach getaway!

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was one to remember! Nicole’s home was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. Both Nicole and Joe were extremely responsive. The few things we needed from them were taken care of immediately. Joe proactively brought us a bathtub for our 4 month old daughter and the high chair and pack and play made it easy for us and helped us feel at home. The older kids spent most of their time enjoying the pool. The location was top notch. We were just a few minute walk to the perfect Florida beach, the most beautiful sunsets and great restaurants. I highly recommend Nicole’s home if you are looking for a place for a larger family.

Gina’s Condo was very comfortable; lazy boy chair and nice sofa. The king size bed was comfy also. The view to see the sunset every night was spectacular! You could also see the sunrise from the balcony if you’re an early riser! Looks just like the pictures on Airbnb!!

Clean, modern beach house with super convenient beach access. Beds were very comfortable. Netflix etc throughout. WiFi was good. I hate to build it up too much because the price may go up😬, but I have to be honest this place was great.

Clark is a very attentive owner and makes the entire process simple with easy communication! His condo was a wonderful place to stay for an extended vacation in SW Florida. The photos are a true representation of what you have to look forward to! This home has everything you could need, beautifully decorated and very clean. They include a lot of little extras such as toiletries, condiments, coffee/tea etc. that aren't readily available at other Airbnbs. Both the lanai and sundeck had amazing water views yet still offered some privacy. Keyless entry was another plus! We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!

This was everything we had hoped for and more. A gorgeous beachfront home with spectacular ocean views! The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. We stayed a week and ended it on my birthday. Strolls along the long shoreline, pelicans flying by, dolphins swimming right out front, morning runs with beautiful sunrises and of course some of the most amazing sunsets! The property manager, Arlan, was on it and made sure we were well taken care of. We even met the owner who came by a couple of times to meet some workers. Also, Very nice and courteous! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon! Thank you! Trehern family

We had a great time staying here while on vacation. Beautiful open concept kitchen and living area with tons of windows overlooking the canal in the backyard. Host was very responsive the couple times I messaged her before and during our stay.

We were very happy with the place and location. Some supplies were minimal, toilet paper, glasses, dish towels need to be better supplied. The view and location is outstanding. All appliances and kitchen items pretty old.

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Ian's place is beautiful and spacious. he was very responsive with little requests and made checkout a breeze. The beach by his house was peaceful and had better shells than Sanibel! I would definitely recommend this place for large groups - and get golf carts to get to the social fun on the north of the island.
