Clean, modern beach house with super convenient beach access. Beds were very comfortable. Netflix etc throughout. WiFi was good. I hate to build it up too much because the price may go up😬, but I have to be honest this place was great.

Would diffidently recommend! Angie was extremely prompt with all communication and very friendly. We learned that she is very connected with the island which shows. It's not just bodies in the door and profit for her. She truly loves the island and it shows. We have rented homes with a local company for 15 years and were nervous to use any other source (had to due to availability on what we wanted). The fears and questions ended on day 1. Angie not only delivered a great home exactly as advertised but was easy to communicate with and easily accommodated a request that we asked due to unforeseen circumstances on our arrival (on our part and nothing to do with the rental) . She truly went above and beyond and we're glad to have met her. Looking for many more memories made in the future!

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

Amazing house and location. We immediately felt at home and loved everything about it. The fenced back yard and pool were magnificent. I will forever cherish all of the beautiful memories we made during our stay and hope to return again.

Kathy and her place were nothing short of amazing! I stayed here for an entire week and I loved every bit of it. Very clean and welcoming. Will defintely be back!

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

Top notch experience all around. Absolutely beautiful home, great pool/hot tub, first class amenities, excellent location close to beach, shopping, restaurants and everything else in the Naples area. Clint was friendly, responsive and helpful. Would give it 11/10 if I could. Family loved everything. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our weekend at Brad‘s place was amazing. He was very flexible with our check-in and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was great and really close to the beach. We were able to walk there and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

It was a great stay! Host was very helpful and responded promptly to queries. They also let us extend check out time by 2 hrs which was really nice. The home is located close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. *One suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the upstairs main bedroom as it’s a little inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

Chris was a responsive and accommodating host! The house was AMAZING! The location was perfect. Highly recommend Chris and this house.

We had a fantastic stay! Very convenient to all the best beaches and house was exactly as described. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool even after hours spent at the beach! The house was exactly as described and had plenty of beach towels and gear. Would book again!

Excellent location and comfortable space for a long or short term stay! We appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was including extras such as an air fryer and blender. Vanderbilt Beach was around a 20 minute walk and Bluebill Beach around a 30 minute walk. Our favorite part was using the beach gear and having a sunset picnic!

The house is great, and the backyard pool Lanai is very peaceful and relaxing. You can walk or ride the bikes in garage to the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Sarah’s place is highly recommended as it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, you can’t beat that. She has beach chairs, canopy, and wagon. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool, floats, and outdoor furniture were very nice in windy days as the fence enclosed us in from the wind. it’s a 15 min walk to all the local shops and restaurants which is nice with the beach traffic we avoided driving for the most part. However, it was a 30 minute drive to the twins baseball field and pop stroke so we did make a day of that it as well. Sarah also has personal recommendation’s that she will email you upon arrival so take advantage of that! She is very responsive. I give Sarah and her place 5 stars hands down. Thank you for opening your place we had an amazing vacation and would defiantly visit again!!
