Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

Wonderful, spacious condo in a perfect location. We had the best week here with our family and 6-month-old son. The unit was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for our little one. Will definitely return!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Craig and Emmy were super hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Both were there at check in and available daily. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and was more than expected. Special requests were met with a smile and our hosts did everything to help us out. The space was super clean and updated. The outside areas, shrubs, flowers, patio and driveway areas were very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

La casa di David è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere Naples, Sanibel e Fort Myres . E’ in una zona tranquilla senza rumori notturni né traffico. Park davanti a casa. A pochi metri supermercati e vari negozi. La casa è pulitissima. Spaziosa per 4 persone forse il divano letto è più adatto a ragazzi che a persone adulte. la cucina ha tutto il necessario . David ha risposto sempre velocemente alle nostre domande. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Our stay at this house was extremely satisfying!! The first appearance walking in we noticed how clean everything was and seemed bigger than the Photos. The Pool and Putting Green was used everyday and provided much enjoyment. The location was perfect as it's a short drive to the beach with great restaurants, and Check-in and Check-out couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Fort Myers and would definitely stay there again!

Our weekend at Brad‘s place was amazing. He was very flexible with our check-in and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was great and really close to the beach. We were able to walk there and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

Wir haben wundervolle 10 Tage im Haus verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so benötigt. Die Kinder liebten den neuen Pool. Im Haus war grösser als erwartet. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist neuwertig und gibt ein gutes Beach-Feeling. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break! The house exceeded all of our expectations — it was beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming feel and was exceptionally clean throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and every little detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The pool and hot tub area were absolutely magnificent — we spent so much time relaxing out there! The outdoor space was private, peaceful, and had plenty of seating to enjoy both sunny afternoons and quiet evenings. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to any questions we had, gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and was very accommodating when we requested an early check-in. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway, and we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very pleasant 3 bedroom condo on the beach, comfy beds, kitchen stocked, a tv in every bedroom, 2 baths, comfy living room, nice deck, easy access to pool and beach, clean pool with great seating, beautiful white sandy beach. What’s not to like?!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Kevin's place struck a chord! We were so at peace at Naples Cay and the view was spectacular - even better than the pictures! We hope to return again and again. Some places just have a soul and a feeling that can't be explained.

The condo was the perfect beach getaway!!! Easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella & cart were a wonderful perk!! Kitchen is well supplied. The place was a true home away from home - clean, comfortable, everything needed. Can't say enough good things. And Kelly was responsive to all messages and very accommodating to our travels. This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

This Bonita springs's place was really great. We enjoyed 4 days and we didn't want to leave. The apartment is not big, but really well designed, and thought. Everything works fine, and it's really confortable. Bathrooms were really nice, kitchen really complete of everything. Nice detail that you have sea chairs and umbrellas for sun. The access was really great, together with the neighborgood. The beaches are really close and are beatiful.
