Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The River House, Coba Point

Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Florida Breeze - Palm Beach (5 min walk to beach)

Completely renovated. Stylish, easy casual living with ocean glimpses from living area and ocean views from the top floor. Located opposite Wiltshire Park and is only a 400 metre stroll to the sands of Palm Beach and local cafes. Family friendly. Fully renovated including 4 brand new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry.
