The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our home sits perfectly in the path of the cool Lake Erie breeze, making the front porch swing the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening after a day of exploring. For fishermen, there’s plenty of space in the yard to park 1-2 fishing boats, making it an ideal stay for those heading out for a day on the lake.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy clean, and comfortable. Enjoy your stay on the shore of Lake Erie. Close walking distance for fishing, kayaking, or beach going. We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the waves on the rocks. Can't beat the view. 2 wheel drive will work, but 4 wheel drive is recommended. A maximum of four people.
