Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee from 8 am to 4 pm everyday! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Hobb’s House - Year Round Log Cabin on the Water

Cozy 2 Beds, 1 pullout sofa bed, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Log Cabin with water/mountain views on Hobb’s Pond. Relax on the dock, grill, canoe (1)/kayaks (2)/swim during the day and relax with your streaming services on the smart TV at night. 5min drive to the Camden Snow Bowl for ski/snowboard during the winter. Nestled on 70 acres of oceanfront property in Rockport, Maine, the cottages at Oakland Seashore are the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, vacation with friends, or a family gathering. Formerly the Oakland Seashore Motel & Cabins, I recently purchased the property and have decided to rent a few of the cottages this summer and fall on a weekly basis. Reminiscent of a bygone era, these cottages are simple and provisioned with the basics, but have the most remarkable ocean views.

There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

Stonington Harbor Cottage

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Single floor living at its finest. Conveniently located to both Camden and Rockland, enjoy this 3 bdrm 1.5 bath home in a great country setting. Just 1/2 mile to route 1 and very close to the ocean. Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
