It is also a 45 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh for concerts, games, and events. This little cottage is tucked away on a quiet dead end with a spacious yard and fire pit. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay. There are places for coffee, restaurants, and shopping within 5-10 minutes of the house.

Enjoy a fenced yard with fire pit and play structure, perfect to bring the dogs, as well a grand front lawn and acres of trails, ponds, and woodlands to explore.

Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Southern Pines Lodge-Unique & Charming

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique & cozy home for a getaway, retreat, family or business related trip. The listing is for 6 people but able to host up to 15 guests but there will be an additional $30 per person after the first 6 guests. You will find yourselves close to The Meadows Racetrack & Casino, Tanger Outlets and a 5 minute walk to all different types of eateries/restaurants. In addition, it's only 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.

Studio Apartment on Main Street near W&J

We are conveniently located on Main Street and within walking distance to Washington & Jefferson College. There is free WiFi and Chromecast to stream your favorite shows. Around the corner is a wonderful coffee shop and The Presidents Pub, a local favorite, is located downstairs in the same building. There is a large parking lot as well as street parking.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
