This is a cozy but stunning space, with three big, brand-new skylights providing ocean views, amazing light, and views from every window. The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs, with fenced garden and clearing with ocean views nearby.

View of the mountain, Headwaters of the Sac. River across the street at the City Park and a peaceful vibe for you to enjoy. 2 queen bed bdrms, 1 bath. A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 75.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!
