Awesome place to stay; great cabin in the woods!

It was a beautiful area and a very cute place to stay. However, we were not aware of how close the main house was to the cottage.

Eva was very responsive to questions. She had beautiful orchids on the table and the place was so warm and charming This was a treat from me to my bestie and i will be coming back soon with my husband

This was a lovely cottage for a romantic weekend away. We loved watching the sunrise over the water from the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay again sometime.

Lovely artist’s cottage! The owner’s art and collections are on display, I kept seeing something new every day. Very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach or into town. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Slept really well!!

a peaceful, scenic spot! fantastically well equipped and provisioned, we had a wonderful time! lynn and john are gracious and helpful hosts and it is clear that they have put alot of effort into making a guest house that anyone should be able to appreciate and enjoy!

Riverwood cottage is an experience to replenish your soul. The cottage layout is perfection. The entrance welcomes you into a kitchen with whimsical accents of retro turquoise appliances. The kitchen is very functional for any family chef. The host has been generous and supplied spices to support most meals. There is a classic claw foot tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable you melt into them. TV has easy access to your personal apps. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. The very private outside includes an expensive deck with a hot tub canopied by Redwood trees. Then there is the yard, magical with small bridges that take you down to river's edge. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Sangeeta, the host is kind, patient, generous and communicative. My limited time at home was incredible. This cottage is my favorite Airbnb stay ever. Thank you l, Sangeeta!

nice 2 bedroom 2 bath functional space. tucked inside a quiet wooded lot. perfect for my family's 1 night stay during our road trip through the state parks. simple space, very clean, was very comfortable. 10 minutes to town. followed Google GPS to the listed address and it's the smaller single blue house on the lot.

Jennifer's place was so thoughtfully put-together and peaceful. We were very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed resting there between excursions to the Redwood Forest. The fenced-in garden area was a nice touch, and our puppy enjoyed the opportunity to roam and stretch their legs. 😊 We'd stay at Jennifer's cottage again in a heartbeat! I'd stay

This was my first time staying in the Trinidad area, which is so beautiful! Nicole's place was a serene home with a centralized location for enjoying various activities along the Humboldt County coastline. I will very likely be returning!

We had a beautiful, restorative stay at Marisa’s home. The home interior was very clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Nearby Miranda had gas and a great supermarket but the wider area was wonderful too. We explored the Avenue of the Giants, much of the Humboldt Redwood's State Park (countless beautiful hikes and drives), the Eel River, Ferndale (Patches Pastries is a MUST) and surrounds, Shelter Cove, the Lost Coast, and many of the small towns. (Garberville’s IL Forno Bakery another MUST!) Would definitely stay at Marisa’s home again if I visited the area again; it’s access to all of these places was perfect!

Easily walkable to downtown. Close to Lea’s house but feels very private. Very welcoming and a great place to relax.

Brian's place was great. It's super close to beautiful pebble beach. It was great for our group of five people--plenty of place to sleep, cook, hang out. Yes, the ceilings are low, but it was not a problem at all. It was a great deal for the price.

Collin's place was so lovely and peaceful! We had a great time and really enjoyed having the creek right outside the bedroom. Collin was kind enough to give us some recommendations for places to eat that we really enjoyed!

This was such a lovely stay, steps away from the beach. The home is comfortable, cozy, and clean, with tons of amenities. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and Cynthia was always so gracious and responsive.

I had an enjoyable stay here. It is cozy and comfortable with basically everything you might need for your stay. It's private, but the coffee shop right nearby is amazing to have. I would definitely return.

This cute home is a true gem. Walking distance to downtown (about 1.5 miles) or a quick drive. Very quiet and peaceful and the back patio is awesome to have your morning cuppa or end of day glass of wine. We were greeted by John's brother, Michael, who was very helpful in showing us the ropes and, since he lives right next door, was available if we needed anything (which we didn't!). Kitchen is well stocked, Keurig coffee machine and a regular pot as well, washer and dryer if you need it, and two separate bedrooms. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and very comfortable. I go up to Chico every so often to visit friends so it's nice to know I have a good place to stay!

I literally couldn’t have asked for more. They were so responsive and helpful with anything we may need. I stayed here for a month for surgery and didn’t want to leave when the month was over. The tiny house was clean and exactly what I wanted and needed for my recovery. Close to everything I needed and wanted to get to. All the light and fresh air you can ask for. Recommendations for food and stores. Visits from their amazing dog!! I wouldn’t change a thing! What an amazing host, family, city, and tiny home. I will definitely be back.

Super peaceful cottage! The decor alone made me feel so calm. Very comfy bed! Lots of nice light streaming in through windows & skylights. I loved how the gas fireplace quickly took the chill out of the whole house when needed. Everything was so clean - I'm used to living in a forest where there's always dust so this was a treat. Thanks to Jenn?? the gal who keeps the place so clean. My goal was to be away from springtime pollen, & happily I could breathe very well here! Great area away from traffic but close enough to drive a few minutes to Mendocino or Ft Bragg for a meal. Walked across the street onto grassy headlands one evening & heard sea lions barking below the cliffs (but couldn't see them). Lots of wildflowers here in springtime. So close to great hiking areas, beaches, headlands, redwoods, fern canyons. Internet worked well enough to join 2 zoom classes, & there was plenty of floor space for my yoga mat to soothe sore muscles. Water was good tasting! Thanks !!!

The perfect place to stay for a week and relax with family. Gorgeous garden and surrounding area and an easy drive into Mendocino, which is a wonderful town!

Sweet little cabin in amongst the giant redwoods. Quiet and peaceful. Communication and check in were smooth and easy. I loved sitting on the terrace, sipping coffee and blessing out on the beautiful nature surrounding me. Very close to all kinds of trails and a moderate drive to stunning Point Reyes. All in all a wonderful stay.

Sometimes you find yourself in a place that just has a special feeling to it. The ranch is one of those places, and I wish we could have stayed there for a week to fully experience the magic of this place. Anne was super friendly and took good care of us! If you’re looking at this place and debating the drive, don’t. Just go here; it will be so worth it.
