The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Everything you need is in your separate and private 650 sqft floor, which is the lower level of our home on top of the mountain. We're in the middle of nature, so be prepared to share space with deer, bear, coyotes, fireflies, and lady bugs. Mini-Frig, Microwave, Keurig coffee with coffee supplies.
