We had a wonderful time and Steve & Donna are such great hosts - not to mention their two friendly dogs! Quiet and private space with porch that overlooks beautiful forest. If anything, the space is larger than it appears in the photos and there's plenty of room to spread out to read, watch TV, play your guitar or whatever else. Close to great forest walking trails and Durham/Chapel Hill/Hillsborough are 15 minutes away for restaurants and shopping. Seniors with Silver Sneakers can use the Orange County Sportsplex which has exercise machines, gym, pool, pickleball and exercise programs. Can't say enough about the space and hosts - we'd definitely stay here again if we're to spend time in the area!

If you are looking for a place in downtown Wake Forest that is walkable to shops and restaurants, this is the place. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Parking is very close and in a well lit parking lot. The beds and couch were super comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again!

Great location! Easy to walk around and easy parking. Well furnished and very nice inside. It is close above a restaurant so there were some smells in the second bedroom. Still a great place to stay.

Having been a 24hr. last minute guest I was not expecting to much. However, Rick was all one would have expected from a host. Amiable, responsive & proactive with a loft as described. If the need arises, I would gladly choose to stay here again. Alexander

A time that was once lived in obligation has turned into the happily ever after fairy tale. I moved to Asheville almost a year ago to survive. And my best friend came to visit me in my new habitat. We came across this enchanted home stay and were able to fulfill our mission of confidence building. Thank you for the opportunity to document our true selves in your amazing loft! This was our second stay and we will definitely come back. Excellent location - very walkable to all of downtown Hendersonville. Parking in the back is a bonus. House was very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Lee was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our first stay in Charlotte, and we will definitely come again! Ryan’s location was perfectly settled right out of city center. The home was as much fun as Charlotte itself! So clean and upscale. Everything you could ever ask for. And check out was an absolute breeze. I loved that we didn’t have to spend our last few hours settling with the apartment. We got extra hours to enjoy the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Have had an amazing stay at John’s place. John has been a great host. The place is perfect, it’s very comfortable and has everything that you could need for your stay. The property is right on Mountain Island lake, a beautiful place to relax. Latta Nature reserve is right down the road and has 13 miles of hiking trails and also access to the lake. John has a beautiful pup named Maggie that me and my pup befriended, Big T has made a friend for life. If you want to stay in a quiet and beautiful area John’s place is all you would ever need and want. Thank you John for my wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Eugene’s place! Check in was easy breeze with clear instructions. The location is awesome and we were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the concert! We will definitely be back!

We love Maggie Valley and this location was perfect! It was so much fun to step out of the apartment and right into the cutest gift shops, candy/ice cream store, coffee shop, Italian restaurant, etc. We were also just minutes from several of our favorite places in Maggie. The apartment was beautiful and very clean (seems to have been recently remodeled and everything is fairly new inside.) We loved the cozy bed and the spacious shower. We definitely hope to be back again! PS There are steep stairs leading to the apartment. This was not a problem for us, but would be something to consider if you have mobility challenges.

This was our 2nd stay at the loft, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pictures do not do justice to the warmth you feel when you step into the doorway of the space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to either cook yourself a meal or just heat something up from one of the great restaurants within walking distance. The living area has a great sitting space with comfortable furniture to enjoy watching TV or a movie with your family or friends and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds that you can enjoy a relaxing night's sleep in. Nina has left great information about the area - giving you plenty of ideas for dining and entertainment if needed. I have stayed in quite a few Air BNB's and this is by and far one of the best! If you need a place to stay in Goldsboro - you should most definitely check out The Barristers Loft!! 5-star all the way! Jo Ann Smith

There are not enough stars! this place deserves far more than 5 stars! It was the best travel experience I’ve ever had. The place was magnificent. Every inch of it well appointed, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it cost me a fortune because I had to buy so many things she has in the place! 😊 Really a wonderful place, she clearly is an excellent decorator with marvelous taste. The area is great too! In the heart of downtown, everywhere you want to go within walking distance. I can’t say enough about it, hate we had to leave but plan to stay there again.

Beautiful Airbnb with really helpful hosts! The place was spotless and in a great location, especially if you are attending school at John C. Campbell. The owners went above and beyond in helping me with my car. It’s helpful if you find the Airbnb before dark. The location is easy to find in the light, but I had a really hard time getting there at night during a storm. My small car got stuck in the road and I needed help with it in the morning. The hosts were quick, responsive and very kind in providing me assistance. I will definitely be returning.
