The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Nestled in the grounds of our home, River Dale Garden Cottage is the perfect self-contained retreat for 'getting away from it all'. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
