Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
