My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Jennifer is one of AirBnB’s great hosts and this home is surpassingly charming and quaint. It is everything you want in a coastal New England holiday. Stayed here for a wedding at the Barker House which is only a very short walk away. Cannot recommend enough!

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

Great location near Ferry to go to and from Boston without being stuck in traffic. Quiet, secluded. Lots of rooms to sleep. A toddler/baby crib perfect for our family. Lots of TVs to use. Easy access to local family-friendly restaurants. Nearby to World's End and a short drive to Plymouth, MA. Overall would recommend.

I was here with my mum and uncle for marathon week. Nice and quiet being a little out of town but only short walk to the station and we were in the city within 10-15mins on the T from either Roxbury Crossing or Jackson Square. The place felt like home, lots of space for the three of us. Great communication and a lovely welcome. Comfortable beds and a lovely clean bathroom with a great shower. Lots of amenities and a great kitchen space with a lovely balcony to have breakfast or enjoy the sunshine later in the day We had a wonderful week and if I’m lucky enough to run Boston again, we would love to stay here again.

Everything was excellent and as described, if not better. The place was comfortable, quiet, clean, and everything was given *generously*! Communication was great- kind and quick. Danny is super. Location was great, depending on need in the city obviously, but anyway it’s nice to be in a quiet street nearby Harvard etc. Would definitely recommend it and come back there.

Damon was a great host and has such a beautiful property. it was perfect for our group of 8. lots of space in a peaceful neighborhood close to the city. we had such a great vacation and this host and property made it extra comfortable. would definitely recommend!

We came to Boston for the marathon and are so grateful we chose to stay at George and Ann-Marie's bnb in Jamaica Plain. It is super close to the train that zips you right into the heart of Boston and is far enough away we could get some peace and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood away from all the race chaos. The home itself was very comfortable. We slept great. We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the patio and lounging on the giant couches. It felt spacious with the 4 of us. We really liked walking 10 minutes up to Central for ice cream and restaurants, or 5 minutes over to the Sam Adams brewery. The neighborhood has tons of trees and was really quiet. George and Ann-Marie were very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had all we needed. They also were able to accommodate a later check out, which was really helpful. Awesome spot!! We highly recommend it :)

Lovely AirBnB just as described with everything you might need. Having air conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher were all great amenities. The garden was very quaint. Kitchen was well stocked.

This is a very well equipped apartment that’s also very comfortable. It’s roomy and updated, and a quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and responsive. Very good place to stay in Roslindale.

Great stay for a couples getaway in the city! Celebrated a wedding anniversary and stayed in this adorable apartment perfect for two people. You can’t beat the parking spot on site, which was huge for us. Other pros, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet and easy for Ubers to find you, the private patio is adorable and great for a drink before dinner or a morning coffee. The kitchen was clean and had all the basic amenities. Only cons would be there was a dust bunny or two in the bedroom and the bathroom shower seemed clogged as there was water filling the bottom. The shower was also missing body soap, which I let the owners know for future renters. I don’t believe this apartment has AC, although it was April we got lucky with an 81 degree day which made for a hot evening while trying to sleep, but luckily there was a box fan in the closet we used. Overall, a great place to stay in the city if you’re looking for a relaxing spot to rest after being out and about in Boston!

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures — even better in person! Michael is a thoughtful and welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!!

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

We were able to use the parking spot early as well as get in early which was great for the last leg of our trip. Everything was exactly as she described! We loved the place! Absolutely worth the money.

Great apartment, clean, as presented in all photos. Super great location. Close to Maverick metro station. Walking distance from our daily activities, making it feel like a home for our visit :)

I stayed at Sue’s place with my two small children for 3 weeks. While I did bring my own crib because a pack n play isn’t an option for our toddler, the condo was very well supplied. In fact, I purchased and had an Instacart delivery upon arrival because I did not anticipate clothes detergent, shower toiletries, paper towels, etc. There is so much natural light, great parking, a nice porch, so close to the Charles River walk and Moody Street. We frequented Common Grounds cafe- highly recommend! The garbage disposal and sink backed up the day after we arrived and Sue had it fixed within 24 hours. Coming from a pretty rural area, I found the street noise and lights a bit problematic for sleep.

The place was easy to find, quiet and the rooftop patio was beautiful with great views of the city. Parking is always an issue in Boston. However, parking at the place was easy and we didn't have any problems. My only feedback is that the four flights of stairs was not a problem for us but could be a problem for people. The host was upfront about the stairs so this was not a surprise.

Dennis is an awesome host. Quick to solve any issue and very responsive. The place was awesome. Great neighborhood, decor was homey without being cluttered and felt like a real Airbnb (vs an amateur hotel). The neighborhood is great with easy access to MBTA transit. Would absolutely stay here again!!
