The apartment was just like the pictures and the description. Check in and out went smoothly. Everything was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The apartment is in a great location. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

I don’t want to hype it up too much because I would like it to stay available when we need it. It was a lovely location. Really clean, comfy, felt right at home. It was safe and the kitchen is for a cook for sure. Awesome place. No reason to pass this one up. Host was exceptional.

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

Mark was a great host. The location was close to our destinations and Boston itself. The place was as large as advertised. Having two bathrooms was a positive.

We were visiting Cambridge to compete in the HOCR and the location and facilities were ideal for our group offering the right combination of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We found the property easily and the instructions for access were clear. Some US appliances were a bit baffling to UK visitors, but the WiFi supported a work zoom to Japan whilst we were there which was crucial. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort put into tidying up a family home for visitors.

The pictures were accurate of the place, check-in was easy, booklet in kitchen has everything you need. Drive to all locations ranges between 20-35 mins with tolls. Without tolls can be upwards of an hour, uber is expensive each way so get a rental, but parking is rough in BOSTON. I wish we were informed of the train directly outside the window. There could be more touch up in the space (bathroom, wear and tear of paint/wall). Overall good stay for a girls weekend, felt safe.

Kelard’s place was perfect for me and my two daughters for our week stay! This unit was so spacious and felt right at home. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery was all within a 2-5 minute walk

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

Delia was an excellent host - made me feel right at home (in her home). The third floor space was very private and clean. She was super friendly and communicative before and during my stay. I would definitely stay here again... for the ocean views and sunrise!

A perfect stay! Ken, Jim, and Rusty have created a delightful b&b. The room was relaxing as soon as we stepped in, the bathroom was furnished with plenty of towels and there were fluffy bathrobes in the closet. We loved the stone flooring in the shower too! And the bed was the most comfortable I’ve stayed in at an Airbnb for a long time. The breakfast nook was furnished with a variety of coffee, tea, and cereal and plenty of dairy/non dairy options. The house is spacious and felt easy to navigate, and the laundry room upstairs with a cordless iron came in handy. We appreciated that this was a dog friendly place, and our little dog had a great time with Rusty. Restaurants are walkable and all I have left to say is run and make your reservation 😊

My family and I were all meeting from out of state at this home for a little weekend get together. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with many utensils,cookware, and supplies. Everything was clearly marked which was great! There was A/Cs in each room which helped create a comfortable environment! There are two sets of stairs that are quite steep but do have handrails. The living room and bathroom are quite small but everything was very clean and enjoyable.

Christina’s place is perfect for visiting Cambridge! The location is great- easy to get to, comfortable, safe, clean, and Christina really puts in the extra effort to make sure you are taken care of! This was our second time staying at her place and we will continue to count it as our go to when visiting the area!

First time booking and van was very welcoming making the stay a little more enjoyable

This house was great for our group. Really appreciate a host that provides the basics - paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, laundry and dish detergent, among many others. Roger was a great communicator and check in/out was super easy. Thanks Roger!

We hebben wederom een prima verblijf gehad. Kenden dit huis van toen en niet naar andere plek gekeken want wisten dat dit prima is. Qua huis, gastheer, communicatie en uitgangsplek voor Boston.

A wonderful apartment in a central spot in Boston!

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Great place for us and for keeping our 2yo entertained 😊 Clean with all the amenities one could wish for and then some. Projector with big screen, outdoor hot tub, toys, ample space. One small caveat: it may have been the spring weather, but since this is a basement apartment, humidity indoors was a bit higher than we expected.

We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home for our family's Christmas Vacation. Everything we needed was in this home, and there was plenty of room for four adults. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location was great for us since we were here to be with our extended family, who lived 20 minutes away. I would choose this home again and again when visiting our family here in Massachusetts. Thank you Todd!!
