Nisiros: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

Der Aufenthalt bei Eva war sehr schön und angenehm. Eva ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, da sie immer für einen da ist und sehr freundlich ist. Sie hat uns immer sofort geholfen. Die Lage des Resorts ist atemberaubend, aufgrund der ruhigen und naturreichen Umgebung. Zudem ist es ein schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem schönen Pool. Danke Eva!

Besser geht es nicht! Die sehr moderne Wohnung ist stylisch und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Alles war tadellos sauber. Die Lage ist ländlich und sehr ruhig und grün, zum Meer ist es ca. 20 Min zu Fuß oder 3 Min mit dem Auto. Den Flughafen erreicht man in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, ein Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war total super. Wir haben viele nützliche Tipps bekommen. Die Wohnung können wir jedem empfehlen, der Kos jenseits der Touri-Hochburgen genießen und entdecken möchte.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit vielen liebevollen Details. Das Mobilar ist geschmackvoll ausgesucht, hell und freundlich. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. George, der Bruder des Vermieters, war freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Großzügige Unterkunft mit luxuriösem Pool und vielen hübschen Obstbäumen am Rande eines netten Dorfes, wo man unter Einheimischen ist. Gute Tavernen, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Aggeliki. les hôtes sont très discrets, on se sent vraiment chez soi! La piscine est splendide avec une belle profondeur qui permet de nager tout en profitant de la vue à couper le souffle ! De plus, l'aménagement extérieur est de qualité.Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort du logement, rien ne manque, la literie est d'excellente qualité. Il est plus simple d'avoir un véhicule pour rejoindre la ville toute proche, les petites routes sont raides mais praticables. il y a beaucoup à visiter sur l'île, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir! Aggeliki est très réactive et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Die Wohnung von Nikos ist genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Toll ist der Ausblick durch die großen Fenster in Richtung Tigaki, Salzsee und das Meer. Auf der anderen Seite schaut man in Richtung Zia und den Mt. Dikeos. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und Insektenschutzgitter. Die Schlafräume haben elektrische Rollläden. Eine Grundausstattung wie Seife, Spülmittel, etc. war vorhanden. Toll ist die Waschmaschine, so dass die Strandsachen schnell durchgewaschen werden können. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien zum Kochen und Essen vorhanden. Wir haben lediglich Frühstück zubereitet. Gut zu wissen: einen Toaster oder eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht. Ich hatte einen Dauerfilter dabei, so dass ich morgens den Kaffee frisch aufbrühen konnte. Es gibt nur einen Spiegel im Badezimmer auf Erwachsenenhöhe. Ein weiterer Spiegel z.B. im Flur vor den Schlafzimmern wäre klasse (Empfehlung meiner Tochter :-). Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Really amazing spot again. The most beautiful place to stay at Nisyros is Nikia.. The appartement is really beautiful and perfect especially if you love a minimalistic style. it's all worth it.. they are really friendly.. we will definitely come back.. a tip: if you wanna cook bring oil, salt and peper.. :))

Μείναμε παρά πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από το σπίτι και από το πόσο εξυπηρετικοί ήταν, όλα ήταν τέλεια πεντακάθαρα το σπίτι πανέμορφο νιώσαμε παρά πολύ άνετα και η γατούλες που είχαμε για παρέα ήταν πανέμορφες δεν έχουμε κανένα παράπονο. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω όταν ξανά έρθω στην Κω

Athina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir habe uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone. So kann man den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen, roch es frisch und im Schrank waren Sachen für das erste Frühstück. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wasser und Prosecco. Vielen lieben Dank Athina, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

We stayed for a few days only. The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and cozy. At night it can be a bit noisy as it is directly at the bar street for the tourists but that was no problem for us. All in all perfect stay with a super friendly & helpful host. Recommended!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans votre logement! Tout était très propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut en produit d'hygiène même de quoi désinfecter si on s'était blessé ! L'hôte et sa maman ont été très attentionnées, très gentilles et professionnelles! Encore merci pour tout!

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

Kleines aber feines Studio, alles da was man braucht. Gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge für Frühaufsteher. Gerne wieder :)

Wonderfully luxurious and modern apartment overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets . Giota was very welcoming and helpful and a fantastic host . It’s in prime location to beautiful restaurant’s right in the heart of Nisiros Town . Will Be back !!

Andrea und seine Freundin sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft zeigte uns Andrea die Unterkunft und gab uns eine Übersicht von Kos und einige Empfehlungen was wir besuchen sollen. Der Check-In wahr super einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Ankunft waren bereits Wasser und Säfte kaltgestellt. Die Unterkunft war am Tag der Abreise nicht weiter belegt, somit konnten wir gegen einen kleinen Preis die Unterkunft gegen 16:00 Uhr verlassen. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Ortschaft Mastichari. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in unter 5 Minuten und die Bars und Restaurants in der Innenstadt in maximal 10 Minuten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man Abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Unterkunft hat keinen privaten Parkplatz vor der Türe. Aufgrund der engen Straße muss man sein Auto in den benachbarten Straßen parken, dies stellte für uns jedoch kein Problem dar. Tolle Unterkunft, klare Empfehlung!

Es war eine super schöne Unterkunft mit einem richtig schönen Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto sind wir perfekt zu umliegenden Stränden gelangt (empfehlenswert Paradise Beach). In der Umgebung waren wir immer bei extrem freundlichen Restaurants. Die Menschen sind dort alle sehr liebenswürdig und gastfreundlich. Absolute Empfehlung für diese Insel und diese Unterkunft:)

A unique place to stay away from busy Zia and the standard fare hotels in Tigaki. It felt like our home away from home for the 10 days we stayed. A car is definitely needed, you will need to buy ALL groceries if you plan to do any cooking but pots, utensils and crockery is provided. Whilst there are no swimming pools in the Zia area we used hotel pools on occasions and it's only a short 15 mins drive to the beach at Tigaki. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Kos Island.

We were at a peaceful part of the town where every thing was walkable shops, resturants etc. Views from the roof sun deck were stunningly beautiful. The kitchen was adequately equiped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful house at good location with great views. Very polite and accommodating host!

Me gustó hospedarme en Nissia, me sentí muy cómoda, limpian la habitación a diario. Fue muy buena mi experiencia. Nassos fue muy amable.

Betty is a great host, she & Mr Yiannis made sure that everything was made easy for our 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight and she was there to welcome us, provided us everything we needed during the stay, and even helped us after checkout to leave our luggage and wait at her sitting room. The apartment is exactly as it’s shown in the photos, and very well equipped. The only info that is not clear from the description is that the apartment is a semi-basement with a stairway that connects it with the main house where Betty and her husband live, ie not very soundproof. Though that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Thank you Betty, we hope we are back soon.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Giorgos' and his wife's place. It was very relaxing on the veranda, the views are truly spectacular. the place was so clean. we loved strolling around each day to find restaurants to eat in. end of October, things are starting to close but we were lucky to eat very well at Arga, Stefyros, Ficcus in Kefalos. lovely people working in the restaurants, friendly vibe. Giorgos' place has a very serene atmosphere. It is ideal for those who like animals - Spongo the dog is a real character and you will hear the rooster in the mornings. which we love! combined with the views and location, it's a real find. highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende einfach fantastisch! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich lieb und haben sogar auf uns bis spät abends gewartet, um uns zu empfangen, als unser Flugzeug Verspätung hatte. die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Alles ist in ein paar Fahrminuten erreichbar und gleichzeitig ist die Lage sehr euhig mot einer unglaublichen Aussicht in Richtung Meer bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Kommunikation war sowohl persönlich als auch über Message sehr angenehm und sehr schnell. Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Apartment bei diesen tollen Gastgebern buchen !

Ein Auto ist dringend empfohlen. Hat man dieses wird man mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick belohnt. Max. 10 min zur Innenstadt, 5 min zu einer Auswahl guter Restaurants am Meer. Würde ich sofort buchen, nur dann würde ich wohl eine zweite Pfanne mitbringen. Wer selbst kocht wird vereinzelt etwas vermissen.
