Op loopafstand vindt u vele restaurants, boulevard met strand en haven, een gezellig stadscentrum met winkels en horeca. Het Dolfinarium is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.
