Welcome to Strohlehm'zhaus, where the combination of wood, clay, and straw not only creates extraordinary architecture but also offers an eco-friendly and cozy atmosphere. The quiet location and the large garden offer relaxation. The accommodation is centrally located: 2 km to the lake, 200m to the vineyards, 1 km to the train station, and 1 km to the bike path (National Park). It's the perfect starting point for many excursions: thermal baths, Mörbisch festival, outlet shopping, and Vienna.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Hausbót ponúka ideálne miesto pre nezabudnuteľný pobyt so svojou milovanou osobou, priateľmi alebo s deťmi. Hausbót je priestranný moderný plávajúci dom. Obývacia izba s kuchyňou má krb, gauč a veľké okno s výhľadom na vodu. Kuchyňa je plne vybavená. Hlavná spáľna poskytuje pohodlné 100% prírodné matrace. Jarovecké rameno je chráneným územím. Z terasy hausbótu je možné sledovať ryby, bobrov, kačice či labute. Zároveň je možnosť objaviť okolie na kanoe, paddleboarde alebo bicykli.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Insel der Ruhe /AVA 3

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Samotný apartmán sa nachádza na druhom poschodí dvojposchodového bytového domu a pozostáva z obývačky spojenej s kuchyňou, komfortnej spálne s veľkou manželskou posteľou, priestranným šatníkom a pracovným stolíkom a kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom. Byt je kompletne vybavený a klimatizovaný. Priamo v objekte sa nachádza predajňa zeleniny a ovocia a predajňa s farmárskymi potravinami. V susednom objekte je lekáreň, potraviny, vinotéka, kaviareň, reštaurácia a kaderníctvo.

Entfernung mit Auto: 20 Minuten bis Neusiedl am See (Aviation Academy Austria) 20 Minuten bis Nickelsdorf - Nova Rock 15 Minuten bis Outlet-Center Parndorf 20 Minuten bis St. Martins Therme Frauenkirchen 20 Minuten in die Römerstadt Petronell-Carnuntum 25 Minuten bis Zentrum Bratislava Wien ist ca. 60 km von uns entfernt.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns verbessert und eine komplett neue Version mit Terassen und grösseren räumen sind wir wieder da. Parkplatz selbstverständlich inklusive im geschlossenen Hof , ganz in der Nähe von Tesco und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!
