Paradise. Surrounded by fields, set back from the road, with a magical little hedged-in backyard and a pickleball court outside the hedge. The house is very private and spacious with four bedrooms, well renovated with lots of beautiful wood. It has the best equipped Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced, with everything from a milk frother to a barbecue fork with a built-in thermometer, spices, food processor, and a Nespresso machine. They also let you use bikes, beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and the pickleball court. Cathy was a very welcoming host, who met us when we arrived and was quickly responsive to any questions. The location can’t be beat: it is within a mile of two beaches (Tappan beach, which has no parking so you have to walk or bike there, and Lloyds beach, which has parking) and an easy drive to South Shore beach and to town. When we were there, the week after Labor Day, South Shore beach was free and uncrowded. People still swam and surfed, though the life guard

My husband, son and I just returned from spending an absolutely fabulous week at the Harborview. I really can’t say enough good things about the house, location and host (Kristina). We’ve been vacationing on Block Island for years and have been staying in a B&B. Decided to try something different this year and I’m so glad we did. The house is spacious, clean, well equipped. Returning home after a day at the beach, I really felt like we were coming “home”. Town is close, but we enjoyed the quietness being a little outside of the center. Super close to both Scotch and Mansion beach. Kristina even invited us to their sister property, the Barrington Inn, to watch the 4th of July parade. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else!

Just the right peaceful off-season spot with nice local walks, very tidy & comfy, and much nicer price point than most of the coastal RI offerings.

Dennis' home was perfect for the weekend stay I had planned. Not only was he kind and response over messaging, he was equally as kind in person and made sure I knew my way around the space before I got settled in. The space was clean and cheerful, with lots of space to spread my things out for my trip. I am definitely already mentally planning my next trip back to the area and staying here again.

We had a great time at Dawn’s Airbnb. It was a cute place perfect for two people, it had all the things needed for a short trip, well equipped with amenities. We enjoyed using the shower speaker and lights, and cooking breakfast. Dawn was very kind. Great place to stay to experience beautiful Newport!

Modern and comfortable studio. Loved the full kitchen and easy parking. I would hope to stay again if I find myself in Providence.

What a pleasant surprise! We booked this stay very last minute for a relaxing family weekend in Rhode Island, and it turned out to be such a gem. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful—they truly went above and beyond when we had an urgent need, and I’m so grateful for their support. Every little detail was well thought out, from the coffee and tea nook to the snacks and welcoming touches throughout the space. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Providence, and I would strongly recommend this place to friends and family. We’d absolutely love to come back next time we’re in the area. We’re nice house for our small trip. It did the job and was amazing.

Such a wonderful little home! The yard is beautiful and so much space for our two dog. The inside is comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. The location is close to lots of things to do and yet, feels peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely book again if we come back to Rhode Island

The location of Rob’s home is prime! We were able to walk to excursions, fine dining, shopping, and cafes for coffee. Rob and associates were responsive and proactive hosts. We enjoyed our comfortable accommodations and the charming character of his home and the district. He is a gracious host. Breathtaking views, exciting cliff walks and delectable fare comprised our getaway. Thank you— we had a fantastic stay!

Stayed here one night for a visit to Mystic, easy quick drive from attractions and simple check-in. We absolutely loved the location, extremely quiet, private, and cozy. Perfect spot for a quick trip, very kid friendly too. Awesome games table, and very sweet welcoming party of 3 adorable dogs. We loved our stay and would definitely consider it again in the future! :)

The apartment and property is lovely, and was more than enough space for my husband, 2yr old son, and dog. The neighborhood is quiet, and it had a nice location proximate to different beaches and wooded trails. We really appreciated the easy check-in and keypad since we had to arrive pretty late at night. Melissa was also very responsive and helpful! Though we were hoping for waves and got skunked on surf, we had no trouble finding other stuff to do.

Enjoyed my stay in Newport. This location was ideal in terms of walkability to the pier, local shopping and restaurants. I didn't realize it when I booked but the bedroom has an attached sitting room which meant plenty of space, not that you'll be inside much in this beautiful town with so much to see and do.

I came to visit my daughter at RISD. The location was very convenient. It was helpful to be able to make food, the kitchen was well equipped. I arrive at the perfect time for this location, beautiful trees in bloom outside the windows. The suite is very clean and the open plan was perfect for getting to connect with my daughter while she stuck to the rigours of her coursework.

Had another great stay at Lauren’s home. Location is great. You’re within walking distance to a bike/walking path and the park. Only a short drive away from Narragansett Pier, the town of Narragansett, and the town of Wakefield. House is just what you need for a beach vacation. We particularly enjoyed the back deck and the outdoor shower! It was very clean upon arrival and Lauren was a great host!
